But in other treads, he/she can discuss HRT too! And it's the F1-rejects forum, you really don't have to be on-topic every time.

On a serious note, HRT (Karthikeyan) has brought some backing from Tata Tea (Beverages) for the Singapore and Indian races.
Logo to appear on Karthikeyan helmet, drink bottle and both cars

Here you can see a comparison between the old and new floors. I don't know which is which, though.

I'm sorry but Tata make tea????? I knew they had plenty of strings to their bow but...
As an aside, I actually work for Tata Steel. The European branch works pretty much independently of the rest of the company though so I have no inside information on HRT, Narain or anything else

More info about TATA TEA
Karthikeyan sponsored by Tata Tea
20 September 2012
2012 Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix: Thursday
Narain Karthikeyan has received sponsorship from Tata Tea for the upcoming Grands Prix in Singapore and India. The latter will be the HRT driver’s second home F1 race.
Owned by Tata Global Beverages, logos for ‘Tata Tea’ will appear both on the HRT car and the helmet and drinks bottle of Karthikeyan for the respective Marina Bay and Buddh races.
“The Tata Group has supported me since my early days of competition, so it’s great to be associated with yet another world-class Tata brand,” Karthikeyan says.
Karthikeyan’s immediate Formula 1 future remains unknown, with Barcelona’s Dani Clos tipped by most to be joining Pedro de la Rosa in the race line-up of 2013.

So the only new bits for Singapore was the new floor? They talked quite the big talk before this weekend. Although they are probably saving their bits for a track that they can better gauge the progress that the new parts make, which Suzuka is.

This whole "biggidy big upgrade gone floor" issue disturbs me too. Hope you're guessing right about Suzuka.

A new Floor, modified diffuser and new Turning Vanes was the updates, I wouldn't expect anymore big updates now. Plus they didn't get everything from the floor in Singapore because they couldn't test it properly.

Just a general question,
I just wonder if an average Spainiard off the street would know about HRT
BTW, I think Japan would be a better track to test their floor, but I guess what they DO NOT want would be a wet Friday. No mention (yet) that Ma will be driving on Friday.

It depends on whether the folk you ask follows F1 or not. If not, chances are he/she won't know about HRT, or, at best, will have only heard of it somewhere.

If it's an Englishman/woman living on the Costa del Sol, they'll have heard of HRT. They will just think you mean Hormone Replacement Therapy however...
