I didn't realise Adelaide was part of the RWRS calendar...I got thrown by the Tasman GP title. (I could have just read one column along...)
I've found a tutorial on how to do it; it's as clear as mud but I'll have a go at it...

R10 - Brazilian GP – Interlagos - 12th September
Please comment on whether you agree or not with the calendar, I haven't used any tracks other than those already on GP2 as I'm not 100% sure how to install tracks.
The feature races are at regular intervals so that the season can keep on track with the RWRS season, and every race is run on the Saturday to ensure that the F1RDS doesn't get in the way of other series.
I have a BIG problem with this schedule on the basis that only four of the races are support event with the FORWRS categories and of the ones that aren't, all but one of them clash with another event (To put it in perspective, there are only two clashes all year with the other four categories combined and one of them is unavoidable). Therefore, I propose the following calender instead:
Round 1: Australian GP - Bathurst - March 7th
Round 2: Mediterranean GP - Imola - March 28th
Round 3: Monaco GP - Monaco - April 11th
Round 4: French GP - Paul Ricard - April 25th
Round 5: Canadian GP - Montreal - May 23rd
Round 6: British GP - Donington - June 13th
Round 7: German GP - Norisring - June 27th
Round 8: Belgium GP - Spa - July 11th
Round 9: Italian GP - Monza - August 29th
Round 10: Chinese GP - Guia Circuit - September 26th

I'd like to point out to everyone here that we're talking about a series that is an equivalent level to FR2.0 or even FFord, and so any overseas races are highly unlikely. I'd suggest a very Euro-centric calender with perhaps one race in Australia at the start/end of the year. Small teams running 16 year olds just wouldn't have the budget to jet off all over the planet!

Revised Provisional Calendar:
R1 – Australian GP – Adelaide - 28th February (Feature Event)
R2 – San Marino GP - Imola - 28th March (Feature Event)
R3 – Monaco GP – Monte-Carlo - 11th April (Feature Event)
R4 – French GP - Paul Ricard - 25th April
R5 – Czech GP - Brno - 23rd May
R6 – British GP – Donington - 13th June
R7 – German GP – Norisring - 27th June (Feature Event)
R8 – Belgian GP – Spa-Francorchamps - 11th July (Feature Event)
R9 – Italian GP – Monza - 29th August (Feature Event)
R10 - Spanish GP – Barcelona - 12th September
A mix of my calendar, Wizzie's calendar and AndreaModa's suggestion of a greater percentage of European races. And, of course, more feature races.

Move the Czech GP a week back to the 30th and change the Spanish GP to the North Sea GP at Zandvoort on September 5th and it'll be pretty much spot on. The French and British GPs are both support events for the F2RWRS, by the way.

I've downloaded all the tracks, they seem to work ingame but the Convert program doesn't work for 64-bit Win7...so they're currently advertising hoarding-less.

Yes, why not?
If you don't mind the races being celebrated on three diferent continents, I propose Anderstorp (Sweden), Mosport (Canada) and Suzuka (Japan) as the tracks, not necessarily in this order.

Why not something like an All-Japan Cup? Suzuka, Fuji and Motegi. Or an all-Americas cup at Hermanos Rodriguez, Buenos Aries and Watkins Glen?

This. I refer to my previous point. We're not talking about a series of global superstars in top-level machinery here, just a bunch of youngsters in simple single seaters. If anything just another three dates in Europe would be most realistic, but for a bit of variety, I'd suggest either America, Australia or Japan, with all three races in just the one country.

I quite like the idea of an All-Japan Cup...seeing as Suzuka's not in the calendar anymore it's a good chance to go there as well.
(I've worked out track installation now, so all systems are effectively go in this sense...)

So yes, I think Japan makes the most sense as it's got plenty of good tracks all within the country. However, a US Cup could also work...so I'll produce a couple of calendars and throw it out for a vote.
All-Japan Cup:
17th January - Suzuka
24th January - Motegi
7th February - Fuji
United States Cup:
17th January - Laguna Seca
24th January - Long Beach
7th February - Watkins Glen
What do you think?

I want to try and cover the races in a fair bit of detail though so I'd be watching both races and taking screenshots of both. Then I'd put them in freeimageconverter to reduce the filesize, upload them and post them. And although I've got the time now, I'm off to uni mid-September and I'll have a lot less time. I'd get one race per race weekend done no dramas so that's what I went for.
Having run a GPGSL round over at grandprixgames, it's a relatively time consuming process uploading, writing commentary and posting images.
I could just post the results but that would be very dull indeed...
