Remember the days where football games had the players that looks blocky, typo'd player names (due to licensing issues), and suchlike? Well, ISS Pro Evolution 2 has all of these. And the game has one of the best menu music for a football game.

There was one good track from 'Yes Please' - I personally thought 'Sunshine & Love' was one of the best things they did. Unfortunately the press had crucified the album by that point and it bombed.

Watching the latest series of Red Dwarf and actually enjoying it in a way I never thought I would, my thoughts turned to the much-maligned series 7 and 8. They weren't anywhere near as good as the original run, that's not in doubt. But they had their moments.

And this was one of them. Howard Goodall, we salute you.

This is something I can't get enough of, and it's just on a different plane to most things out there today. It's music for the soul; John's brilliant vocals just add an introspective dimension to the textured guitar and piano sections. With a lot of music, all it does is make a pleasant listening experience. The songs on this album don't just do that, they playfully paint pictures in your mind. I find that some of the effects on vocals sound almost spiritual; an ethereal guide through the album as it progresses.

But that's just my opinion, here it is if you want to take the plunge. :lol:

So if I may, I'd like to ask y'all a question: What is currently your favourite album?
