Komárek under pressure?
With the experienced Jiri Komárek continuing to struggle in AutoReject 3.5 when compared to his Schröder team mate Thomas Butler, Schröder are believed to be considering their options, should Komárek fail to improve. While team-boss Bernd Schröder was quoted as saying he was "satisfied" with Komárek's performance at Oulton Park, it is thought that a failure to deliver feature race points could result in Komárek's contract with the Bielefeld-based team to be terminated.

Autosport wrote:Jones: "Marchesi is in the last chance saloon"
Following another confident win for his driver Marko Jantscher, Sammy Jones has publicly blasted his other pilot, Italian Alessandro Marchesi for a lack of effort.
Having won in the opening round of the season, Marchesi has since failed to score for the Jones team, and team boss Sammy is growing tired of the increasing gulf between the Italian and his Austrian teammate.
"Alessandro has the pace, we know this, he's done well in F2RWRS in the past" Jones told reporters.
"But quite frankly in recent races he's been lacking in effort and doesn't appear interested in attempting to match Marko when it comes to his qualifying and race performances. He's being comprehensively beaten, and that isn't great for a driver who's been around for a while and is really in the last chance saloon. He needs to sort it out, or risk kissing goodbye to his motorsport career for good. I'm not in this business to blow sunshine up the arses of crap drivers. I want to see hungry, eager drivers determined to do the best they can for my team, and at the moment Marchesi is a long, long way from doing that."

As it's the halfway point of the season, I'm already announcing the rule changes for 2018 so that you have enough time to prepare for them regarding driver changes etc.
- Driver age limit of 30 years, i.e. drivers born in 1987 or earlier cannot take part in 2018. For this purpose the DOB of every driver must be entered during the entry process.
- Any champion of the series may not return for another season. This also concerns champions from the rpevious two incarnations of the series (RoLFS and IFRC). This is to prevent one driver dominating too much.
- Team activity checks will be conducted once every four race weekends with a warning given to all inactive team owners, and if the team owner has shown no interest towards the series within six weekends from the start of the season the team will be immediatedly booted out unless the team owner has specified a very good reason for his/her absence elsewhere on the forum or on IRC.
Also, Road Atlanta will be run starting from Tuesday so please specify any possible driver changes before then.

With Michael Robertson leaving the Voeckler AR3.5 team for F1RWRS, the French outfit was left with a void to fill in their #1 car. Today they announced that former F2RWRS driver Jordan Davies will be replacing the Australian driver for the second half of the year.
The Brit, who showed his skills to great effect in F3RWRS, had less success in F2RWRS, and after continued problems in the series, opted to leave for pastures new, landing himself the seat for the rest of 2017.
"It's really great to get another chance in AR3.5," said Davies. "My last try didn't work so good, but I think with Mr. Voeckler's team, it'll go a lot better, and hopefully I can win a race again."
The young Brit will make his return at the next round at Road Atlanta, and will hope to close the 58 point gap in the teams championship to leaders Jones for his new employer.
