The most annoying thing about this thread is that there are so many championships, there must be a sticky like what FMecha said.

Also this series has so many rules and some of us don't have time to understand them fully due to work or school commitments so some of us simpley don't have the time. :?

Perhaps don't try and force your way in until you know what you're letting yourself in for, then. It would be like someone not knowing how to swim and then immediately jumping into the Pacific Ocean without armbands.

I understand you may not have the time, but my point remains valid.

Yeah - if you can't spare the time to figure out how things work here, you're never going to get anywhere when you actually do have a team. So it'd just be a waste of your time.

Indy livery previews. Or at least the good ones. Everyone else has a rough version of their usual livery or an F3 livery.
And this happened in a test race. Don't worry, I will be fixing things...

It also occurs to me that DanielPT hasn't nominated a replacement for Katayama, so Justin Case will get the seat if he doesn't soon.

Yeah, I just remembered that whilst typing out the qualifying results. I was however, hoping to sweep it under the rug on the basis that you probably wouldn't mind given the good starting position of Schiller.

Alright, nearly one hour until the livestream of the race. I had to learn that we will be going head-to-head with RL IndyCar. Since there is a number of people willing to watch the F1RWRS race anyway, I will be going ahead anyhow. Most PCs should manage two streams, I hope.

She was injured in an F2RWRS race. Since she missed the F2 Indy race, there is no way she's racing an F1 car.

#50 // Sammy Jones

And a few preview shots for those interested:

Katayama's injury just ruled her out for the Indy race. Despite me having done this one first, the Baltic Sea GP happens after the World 800 so her injuries have healed by then (unless of course they are CRAWLING IN HER SKIN, THESE WOUNDS THEY WILL NOT HE-AL!)

To the surprise of absolutely no-one, MRT dominated quali at Indy with their powerful cars, with a brilliant effort from James Davies the only thing stopping them from a front 4 lock out. Behind were the other Sunshines, Aeroracings and most of the Kamahas. That's the thing about Indy - if you don't have the power, things will get difficult. HRT, Prospec, Kingfisher and Simpson were all quick (suprisingly so for the four of them, actually), beating out the Jones cars, the nest of which could only manage 20th. Autodynamics will be pleased, with Cannon and Schiller putting in brilliant efforts, Fakkinen a fair effort, but Dollar, not yet used to an F1RWRS car, was a bit pathetic. Nathan McKane was a bit further back than Kamaha would have liked, but that was because he got blocked on his flyer by Phillippe Nicolas.

In the second half of the field were most of the Jones cars. Sammy will probably have words to say with Phoenix McAllister, after Steele exited the pits and moved straight up in front of Vantini, ruining his flyer as he took evasive action, although it could have been much worse. Actually, he might have words to say to Melrose as well, after a minor collision between Melrose and Vantini on the way into the pits. The Mechas were predicatably slow, the Foxdales surprisingly off the pace, the ArrowTechs not much better. But many were seen running from the paddock after they found out where the Alitalias were, many fearing the wrath of Linari whe he found out that even the talent of Kremnicky couldn't drag the crapbox further up the grid. Behind were the Dofascos, as usual, and last on the grid will be Du Lei, after giving the turn 3 wall a rub.

A lot of teams will be happy, a lot will be angry, but it'd help to remember one thing - starting at Indy and finishing at Indy are two completely different things. At this point I'd say Lei has just as much chance at winning as any of the MRTs, it's just one question that changes - rather than "Will the MRT blow up?", it's "Will Lei fire into a fence at some point?"

Jordan would be interested in helping out his former team by participating in SuperPrix events - assuming of course, this is acceptable to his current employers.
