Revolution joins Kamaha in both tests with the Shizuka-van Dycke line-up in the first one, in the second one Marie Simon takes the second seat.

New livery for Boxtel with blue wings. Also, Johannes Rueckert will become the official test driver for Boxtel but he will not be participating in any of the preseason tests.

Even Jones Racing? :twisted:

For the scheduled pre-season tests, Jones will run Sammy Jones and Rosco Vantini as would be expected.

We'll announce any plans for private tests in the future, but may team up with others should the dates work out nicely.

The game doesn't recognise purple? I thought my 2014 car was partly purple? Purple and orange are Prospec's traditional racing colours!

If we make a pay driver to compete in tests, does that count as a driver in our five driver limit or is it separate? I want to hold a gigantic test session with a bunch of random drivers at Zandvoort a la Minardi's 2004 Misano test.

No, tests don't count towards the 4 driver limit

Kay Lon, Sammy Jones and Rhys Davies are obviously excluded from testnig a Kamaha car, even drivers that have full time drives are also prohibited from testing with us. We are keen to test other talent.

How it works is this: On the main 2015 page, there is a breif summary of the test - fastest driver, team, veneue, date etc. On the main article, there will be a full entry list, and if anyone can be bothered, the times set in the test :)

Ok, but in my opinion, the title of the seciton should be Just "Tests", and it should be at the bottom of the page, and I need those specific pages to be done because I won´t be coming back in 4 months (or whenever we do the Canadian GP) and check back all the teams that wanted to do a test and the venue, that´s why I need the testing pages done, so it´s easier for me to track tests down and have everything organised regarding testing when it comes to work on an specific carset for a test.

Okay then, for that I need everyone to post their test intentions, who has not already done so, and the dates and locations of the pre-season tests.

I don't plan to do a mid-season test anytime soon. What is the advantage of having mid-season tests other than a smart way to give someone a reject licence?

You can always test your car in various conditions, know the effect of an upgrade (as you can compare back to back by asking me to do so), compare various drivers, and it also gives a small ammount of experience points to the drivers taking part in the test.

It´s ok to just leave the tables ready to introduce data later, you don´t need it to do it now :)

By the way, DGNgineering line-up for Pre-Season tests will be;

Test 1;

1.Mark Dagnall
2.Hansuke Shioya

Test 2;

1.Mark Dagnall
2.Ron Mignolet

This is a very interesting question. The five driver limit is to prevent a member from having too much influence over a series, but I'm happy with the rule being that the five drivers must be active (that is, be in a position to start a race for a team), at any one time. That would therefore allow people to have as many drivers as they wanted under their control, but only able to run five of them at once. In theory, over the course of the season you could run as many as possible, swapping drivers in and out so that the limit of five is always adhered to, but that's entirely up to each person.

What do people think of that?

I was pondering the possibility of doing a test session midway through the season at Montmeló to give Tanner Jason a chance to try a F1RWRS car. Any other team would be up to the idea of sharing the track with him? :lol:

If you do get a chance to participate in a test and I do end up having to cancel Neuberg's preliminary contract, could you slot McKane into a spare seat as compensation so I can get him a superlicense and therefore off my books for 2016? Whilst he doesn't have the guarantee like Nicolas does, I'm sure RRR would be very appreciative of your help and besides, who doesn't want a two time F1 World Champion testing for their team?

:lol:

The last time I go to F1R before I go to sleep and I get greeted with this. I'd be okay with this.

I'm just trying to get you off my books as soon as I can whilst still trying to get you a superlicense. Depending on how things play out, the latest you'll get a license is just before the 2016 season starts. It'll open up my driver options massively and it means you won't have to take orders from the resident muppet :lol:

Kremnicky will replace Fleet at the second pre-season test. Also, does GP2 have Mugello? Or any other Italian tracks aside from Monza and Imola?

You're in luck as according to this list, Mugello is available. Whether it's any good however is beyond me.
