If its a F395 but not 1995 it might be 1996 and the only F3 race i can think off on a street circuit is at Macau and the only reject to drive a F395 at Macau in 1996 was Ralph Firman.

So it seems its not 74...75 or 77. ..which leaves 76. I was thinking that by 75 they wouldnt have the Motul colouring...but then I couldnt think who was driving it and guessed anyway . By 76 it was definitely ( or perhaps not ) in Stanley colours ( not Motul ) and that doesnt look like Ashley's helmet.

I'm guessing that this might be an Aurora British F1 race and am going for Oulton Park in 1978 with Teddy Pilette (as I know he raced for them in F1) at the wheel.
