According to some news reports, Jerry was clinically dead for 20 minutes.

This isn't good. Get well soon Jerry. :(

Just saw YouTube footage.Hope he gets well soon.

As for seeing who might replace him,I think the WWE might convince JR to stand in as a realistic choice, but it's all up in the air for me.

Night of Champions is tonight.

Looking at the card, it may be a great show. (Yes, even the Divas Match.)

WWE TLC and ROH Final Battle are this Sunday.

Kevin Steen vs El Generico in Ladder War IV for the ROH Title and The Shield vs Team Friendship + Ryback in a TLC match (finish via Pin or Submission) are the main events.

I think you can tell which one I care more about.

If Kane is actually part of the main event (as we know the WWE advertises something as a main event but puts it in the middle of the show sometimes), then yes, that answer is fairly obvious.

I bump this thread, because of some good news for us Germans...or rather, me and Klon.. Since TNA lost their tv contract in Germany, they decided to offer Impact Wrestling in Germany FOR FREE! Well, I might give TNA one more try. Russo's gone after all, so TNA might not be too bad. Except that they still haven't left the toilet known as the "Impact Zone".

Then, who are "Ace and 8s"? I know that they're masked, and some folks have already been revealed. But what are their goals? Is this like another nWo rip off, or what? And why is Sting still around? He's 53 by now, shouldn't it be the right time to put some younger guns into their main storylines?

But I just don't want to complain, especially since I get something for free. Jeff Hardy really looks fit, and he's visibly tried real hard to redeem himself from the debacle at Victory Road 2011. Kudos to him, and I just hope he stays off the dope. :)

EDIT: Well, I'm finished with watching Impact Wrestling, and it was a decent show. The next show would have been Genesis, but why pay for a PPV, where I've already read the results? Anyway, I'm curious for the next Impact, so TNA really have improved, since Russo has left.

Last time I checked, Aces and Eights are a rip-off of the Nexus storyline with minor parts changed: I know Devon is involved, but not why, how and what for. Apparentely, Dixie Carter likes Sting a lot and wants to see him active in competition and Sting's opinion on that changes every day. On another notice: I never believed a German page could be worse than WWE's but at least they have a proper German page and not just Google Translator like TNA does.

Well, Russo is kind of misblamed since he hasn't been head writer anywhere since at least 2007 so most of the LOLTNA of the recent years falls on Hogan's/Bischoff's shoulders.

*In Kayfabe* I think Devon was butthurt after TNA and him Parted ways while he had the TV Belt, so he wants some sort of revenge. That is what I'm presuming.

TNA hasn't been that bad lately, much improved in the last year. And hey, I get to see Joey Ryan be himself on free TV! :D

Yeah. I had a massive markout moment when Jericho came out at number 2. And then an even bigger one when Goldy appeared and started laying the smackdown on Cody.

Now, for the Rock/CM Punk match, I'm predicting it'll be a Punk win with a huge assist from Brock Lesnar. You heard it here first.

I want Punk to win, either Brocko or Brad Maddox will interfere I would think. But now that Cena has won the Rimble, I seriously think Rock's gonna win now, leaving Punk to go after Taker.

And I enjoyed the Rimble, until Ziggler and Jericho were eliminated. Then it became the 4 dudes who guaranteed a win in their own way, all faces that are okay as well.

Yeah, it was a pretty good rumble by anyone's standards and, interestingly enough, this is the first ever PPV I've actually seen live. And is it just me or is the Phoenix crowd starting to swing towards Punk?

Well, I just read the Rumble results, and I'm like "meh!". I mean, I expected Rocky to win, and I'm pretty much a fan of The Rock. But the finish was horrible. Why couldn't they have let the face win via a clean pinfall finish? I don't think it would have damaged Punk that hard.
But even worse is Cena as a rumble winner. Great, so we're going to get Rock vs. Cena - Part deux, with Cena absolutely, definitely, nooooooooooooot winning this one. I better stick to TNA for the moment, like any stereotypical internet fans.

Think everyone pretty much knew Cena would win the RR. Which is a shame, because apart from his Tweenie fans, there's nothing for him in WWE. he knows (or rather, gets told to do) 4 moves, none of which are that damaging. And it annoys me how he comes across as the 'good guy' to the fans. It's not hard to get them on your side, just say something like 'the great fans of "enter town/state" are fantastic". then the overly-enthusiastic crowd immediately love you. Simple.

And Rock winning WWE title? Seriously?! What the bathplug?! How did he DESERVE his shot anyway? Because he's a ratings-bumper who's come back because he ran out of money making Disney films? Don't get me wrong, his mic skills are great and he is a legend. But not the WWE title. That's just stupid.

Team Hell No could be over, their eliminations were quite funny. And Bo Dallas got a nice, little push. No Alex Riley though so that was a let-down.

Cena-Rock at Wrestlemania. Again. Simply because Superman hasn't won a match there since 2010, and the little kiddies might get upset. Unless there's a swerve planned, the result isn't in any doubt.

Oh, how I pine for the glory days of the WWF in 1999/2000. :(

Props to Bo Dallas for doing good in the Rimble, I think with eliminating Wade Barrett he's going to Wrestlemania against Barrett. Wade sure looked livid after he eliminated him, don't bet against a follow up somehow. Bo or Adrian Neville (PAC for those in the know) should have won that NXT tourney, and they probably went with the best decision as Bo has had more time to wrestle in the WWE style then PAC. If you are sick of Raw and Smackdown for it's typical schitck (unless you watch for Daniel Bryan and Antonio Cesaro,) watch NXT, it's legitimately the best stuff WWE is putting out right now.

At least this leaves Punk to go after Undertaker, with the idea that if Punk can't have his streak that nobody can. That would be a classic if it were to happen.

So we got:

Cena vs Rock "Lets hope Rock doesn't get hurt this time so Cena doesn't have to do restholds match"

and hopefully:

Punk vs Taker "If I can't have what i want, no one can match"

HHH vs Brocko "The King of Kings vs the Master of the Brocktagon"

Doesn't sound too bad, so far.

Only that we've already had two of the three matches within the last 12 months. As for the Undertaker: Do they really have to dig him out for every WrestleMania? Can't he just retire? I mean, that guy's a legend, and he's just 47 years old. But he didn't really looked very fit to me during his last appearances. Let him have at least a hiatus of 2-3 years. He can still give his comeback, when he's 50. Like Hogan, Flair or Sting did.

Yeah, aside from pulling out a hurricarana a month ago (aside from a number of unusual moves before that) and wrestling several undisputed classics, Cena sure can do no more than four moves.

And then you go on about how he is popular with the crowd by only simply saying cheap phrases before praising The Rock's, who built his career on winning fans over with simple-minded catchphrases, mic skills. I hate to be that guy, but somehow you are disagreeing with yourself there.

Well, that Royal Rumble was quite disappointing - should have just read the report on Genickbruch and save me the trouble - although it was worth it, because now the mistake of having Rock go over Cena will be corrected (whilst still doing more damage in the process of fixing it, yay) and I have seen the strangeness that is Cody Rhodes' Nigel Mansell-memorial beard.
