Name: Blokkmonsta Racing Europe (Germany)
Cars i'm interested in:
-Honda S2000 first-gen (1999-2003)
-Honda Civic Hatchback (1991-1995)
-Nissan 180SX/240SX/200SX Turbo (1991-1996)
(may change the bumpers to the silvia if it costs less: see "sileighty" for more info)
-Volkswagen Golf mk1 GTI (1975-1983)
- Renault Clio (1991-1993)
-Renault Clio Williams (1993)
Quite frankly, this list is too large, and it will take too long to do, so I'm making a change.
NEW RULE.
Teams can only make three (3) enquiries into cars before settling for one.Pick the three you want most and I'll make it happen. Word of advice - you probably won't be able to afford the S2000 at all, so drop it.

EDIT: Thought that having two tier 1 VT SS machines to work with would have made more sense, assuming we actually have the money to do it.
No no no no and no. If you can't do it in real life, you can't do it here!!!
Your demands aren't actually clear, a bit scattered, so I'll go ahead and give quotes for the most sensible and coherent part of the post...
1998 Holden Commodore VT SSBASE STATSSpeed: 60 - 90
Reliability: 30 - 50
Tier 1: £7000 (+10 relibality max)
Tier 2: £5250
Tier 3: £3500 (-10 speed max)
1998 Holden Commodore VT IIBASE STATSSpeed: 40 - 60
Reliability: 30 - 50
Tier 1: £3000 (+10 relibality max)
Tier 2: £2375
Tier 3: £1750 (-10 speed max)
You can afford two Tier 1 VT-SS. You could get two Tier 1's and a Tier 3, but you'd only be able to race-prep one chassis at a time, so it's not really a great choice.

1963 Holden EH UteHa, forget it! Unless you want to buy one that doesn't run, that is.
You can afford one Tier 1 and one Tier 3 HZ including race-prep fees. Just. Sure you wish to go ahead with this?

155s, being absolutely ancient, are stupidly cheap, but also stupidly unreliable, and could have any number of defects stopping them from going fast...or at all. You can afford them by the bucketload, but be advised, you could also easily afford the newer, and therefore more reliable Alfa Romeo 156. Do you want to go ahead with your current order, amend the tiers or buy a different car?

Tier 2: £3000
Tier 3: £2000 (-10 speed min, -20 relaibility max)
Despite their age, the JDM model is rather sought after, which gives their purchase price a premium. The V-TEC engines are simply some of the most reliabile out there, but the cheaper ones have been thrashed by boy-racers and may not have so much life left in them! Purchasing two Tier 1's is no problem however, will you confirm this order?

Thanks to their young age and solid build quality, these i30s are quite possibly the least likely to break down in the series. They won't be getting to the finish particularly fast though, but as they say, slow and steady wins the race. Perhaps this attitude will win-out in the end. Regardless, it's well within budget, would you like to confirm this purchase or adjust before committing?

There are enough CRXs around, but you fail to find any standard Charade GTti's that haven't already been ripped apart for spares. What you do find however is a former Group A Charade World Rally Car! Only one of them is left in racing condition though, the rest are badly damanged from crashes, but should the Tier 1 chassis be written off, parts can be salvaged from it and added to the Tier 3 spares to make the Tier 3 spares ready to go. As there is no Tier 2 classification for the Charade WRC, I will offer a single Tier 3 spare instead. You can still afford the entire order as is. Do you wish to confirm the order of 1x Tier 1 CRX, 1x Tier 2 CRX, 1x Tier 1 Charade WRC and 1x Tier 3 Charade WRC?
More chassis appraisals coming soon.
