The offers count for both cars until both seats are filled. The first driver on the list who signs gets the first car, and the second driver who signs for my team gets the second car.

Yes, there is always a 75 prosent change Clark will drive for Lotus, unless someone pays him more than 1 million. Then it will be 50%.
