AAW Racing Team will use #23 (just like in their only start in real-life) in their lone entry, which for the time being will be part-time until we know more about chassis and engine costs.

Again, sorry to be a pedant, but TAG-Heuer wasn't on the original sponsor list (Aislabie just added it to his form), and more importantly didn't exist until 1985, (Heuer existed, but was tiny, while TAG was founded in 1977) so I would suggest removing it from the bidding (sorry Mclaren).

Yep, I discovered that afterwards when I went to look for my team finances. Not my proudest moment, but never mind.

Also, I may like to make some money by selling customer engines to other teams for the coming season, but only teams that finished below sixth in the previous year's WCC. Might that be okay?

Just make an offer, depending on how many teams want them, you will most likely get a deal.
