Rob, final verdict here:
Seoul looks good. It has fast corners, flowing corners, and has elevation change. Not sure on overtaking though. 7 out of 10.
Pyonyang looks decent. But the rather tight middle section (km 3 to 5) doesn't appeal to me. 8 out of 10 otherwise.
Macau is fast, but I see little to no overtaking spots (good ones, anyway). But the speed and flowing corners make an 7 out of 10 easy.
SPEED!!! Jerusalem has that, as well as decent overtaking opportunities. 9 out of 10.
Quebec City is a true street track. It has some 90 degree bends and some oddly good corners for a street circuit, but the amount of 90 degree bends there take away one point. 9 out of 10.
EDIT: My new tracks are now up:

I really didn't like anderstorp as i found the track to twisty and I also felt some of its personality had been removed 3/10
I liked Sonoma even less than Anderstorp as I found the the track is really good as it is 2.5/10
I found Zolder was a bit meh for me 5/10
the track in Snow Shoe was the best one there 7/10
the airport track was tad bland for my liking but the layout was good 6/10

I didn't like Toronto that much. It's like my butchering of Anderstorp. It is just twisty, and I don't like it. Yeah, I like twisty, but this with sharp corners, which I never liked for some reason, just draw me away from it. 4 out of 10.
Belle Isle is average really. Although only 2 90 degree corners is a good thing. 6 out of 10.
You might like the Sudschlife with the GP track, but I don't. I mean, the new part is fast, and I like that, but I like fast tracks with overtaking opportunities, and it just doesn't look like it has very many. 4 out of 10 again.

Kyalami was very good but i prefer the current first turn set up due to the compression between the 2 turns 9/10
airport in Morocco was a bit Jean Eric Vergne (average) 5/10
I think you summed up Enna-Pegursa Quite well as I Just adore the simplistic yet bloody fast layout 3/10
Monte Nero looks like a recepe for motion sickness 10/10
Hinwil is quite cool 7.5/10

Reading looks very Rouen-esque and I like the layout except fot the roundabouts creating those nasty chicanes. 9 out of 10.
Prague is another layout I like. The fast bends and slow corners show some diversity, and nice use of the surroundings for where the paddock would be. Plus, 100+ meters in elevation change is pretty badass. 9.5 out of 10.
Windsor is short and has that much elevation change?! Well, another 10 out of 10 comes for the intended purpose of the track/surroundings.
Adelaide looks decent but I it is rather average. 5 out of 10.
Now for my special attempts at reviving dead circuits and modifying their layout (plus Riverside)

My attempt at a Belfast street track. There is plenty of scope for revision, for chicanes and all that crap. One problem, the pitlane (located along the Bridge End road) would only be about 300m or so long, on a par with Monaco...

There are some nice tracks there.
The Bratislava one reminds me of Charade, with its large elevation changes.
I also like the Ljubljana one, which should be a fast, flowing track.
While I doubt that an industrial zone is the best location for a GP track, I like the layout of the Bucharest track very much.

I thought it was just a nice piece of land
But yeah, that does make sense, along with the longer length than normal compared to other circuits.

Rob, I quite like the Haifa track! City and elevations! I also like that the Skopje track is based near the Macedonian Earthquake and Seismology Institute. I wonder if the F1 cars would set the machines off?
And Rubens, thanks for the Yerevan track!

Oh, how I'd have liked to have known beforehand
In fact, I want a permanent track in an area of land not in current use near Helsinki or another major Finnish city then, as I have this obsession with Finland (it's my favorite country, period). Go Finland!
Or I can just say, I wan't a track in Beijing better than the 2 street circuits they have now, becuase it came out of thin air, except for the street circuits part.

Permanent F1 track in Finland isn't going to happen, way too expensive to host such a race and the government doesnt want to put any money in any sports.
tehre's most likely going to be a grade 2 facility (Kymi Ring, Iitti) within 100km of Helsinki, though - planned to be complete in 2016;

I think the track is going to be amazing when its built. I also think apex circuit design should design a GP track sometime
