It was infinitely better than all of the other RDS races so far.

You have suggestions?
EDIT: If eurobrun does sack Nakaya, we will put him to replace Nestra. But if he is rubbish too, we will look for a "mystery driver" (read: a new driver from stratch).

That IS a surprise. Noted though

I believe this sprint race can be described as a bad day for V-Sport. Still, Reith has finished ahead of the Scuderia Alitalia cars, who in turn has beat Kwol-cho, ending up as the last Opel runner.

He failed epically both in the Winter Cup and his only RoLFS start, yet you still have some faith in him?
I don't have faith. It's just that Andraž Velikonja has also been completely hopeless and I want to see if Voeckler is any worse or not. This year is turning out to be an utter disaster for Scuderia Alitalia...

To sum up, an interesting race. A cruel spin for Da Cunha forced him out of a race that he might have won, as his team-mate Lappalainen had to pit just as he'd begun to challenge for points. A great race by De Boer to finally shake off some of the bad luck he's endured saw him take his first win and help move DMR further up the teams' standings.
All of the updated standings for both championships are HERE.

Yeah, can you just make the nose black and change the shade of red slightly? We will keep the same sponsors. Next year, we'll unveil a different livery.

Unofficial rumors suggest that Anu Võsu has only one more race to prove her worth. Despite a couple of podiums, her results have been way too inconsistent. Tommi Hämäläinen is hinted as the possible replacement should her form not improve.

kostas22 wrote:How come Alitalia is so incredibly crap compared to the other Opel teams?
To be completely honest, I don't really know. If it wasn't so much work, I'd randomly alternate the team slots just incase there's some subconscious performance differential between each one. The stats are the same as other Opel teams, and Ekdal's built up an OK race perf...but think it's just luck, really.
