Why are we so incompetent?! Oh, right, because we're Leyton House. Oh well.

For standard upgrades(floor, airbox, suspension etc...) it's random if it works or not(depending on how much cars testing this upgrade!)
For high technical upgrades(active suspension, power steering etc....) it's more complicated! The team comes into account(better team= more development speed) and a RNG!(the more cars testing the higher the chance to get more percent in development!)

Piquet is doing a mega job but Nakajima is on his last life. He underperforms at Monza and he's out with Dalmas in for the rest of the year.

How do the podiums and 1st 2nd's and 3rd's stand at the moment?

Well the new sequential gearbox lasted a sum total of 6 laps on Ayrton's car; great. At least I can start ploughing money into the active suspension :P

And surely we must get a works engine deal for next season; second in the constructors with woeful engines in nothing short of miraculous

It seems that the active suspension is exactly what we needed. A dominant win is the result, lets see if we can keep this up

Round 12: Monza

Note: after this round driver signing will be open! I decided to make it like this: Every driver from the driver list, which was posted before the season(will post it again after the race), will be available for signing. A new driver list with some new drivers on it will be posted after the season, so there will be a few new young drivers! Every team can try to sign, even the new ones(Jordan and Modena) and you will have time until the next race for the first signing round!

Round 12: Monza

Race

At the start Alesi took the lead over Piquet and Prost, who had a very bad start. In the back there where some spuns but no one retired until lap 6. In this lap Roberto Moreno went straight at the first Lesmo curve and he had to retiere. In lap 9 the Gearbox of Boutsen, who was in 4th broke. After 9 laps Alesi was still leading over Piquet and Prost, with Nakajima in 4th and Berger already running in 5th. In lap 10 the race leader Jean Alesi had a very heavy crash just before the Parabolika. His front wing broke at over 300 km/h and sent him into the wall. Many thought the race will be stoped but there was no rad flag and the race went on. After this crash it looked like some drivers don't risk too much anymore but not so Gerhard Berger. He was already running in 4th when he came to overtook Prost. Prost blocked very succesful but Berger overtook him on the straight after the Lesmo with two wheels on the grass! After this Prost felt back because of some electrical issues! Piquet was driving a very good race and made the italian growedcelebrate the whole day!

Leyton House want to keep Patrese and Capelli. Unsure about Bernard, though, let's see how he does with his races.

Dallara wants to keep Larini, but Tarquini will be released at the end of the year. BTW, Gary Brabham will race the last races of 1990.

We will keep Piquet but Nakajima has underperformed and we have decided not to renew his contract for next year.

Tyrrell are undecided about next seasons drivers. We don't know what engines we are running or even what our budget for next season is. Is that sponsorship thing still happening.

Have the rules been released for 1991 in regards to what the cars are allowed to run, I don't what to start development on some technical upgrades only for them to be banned.

Benetton are happy retaining the status quo- that is, retaining Senna and Nanninni as our drivers, and keeping Schumacher as test driver (we would be happy to loan Schumacher to a lower team for part or all of the season if it is suitable for all parties)

Tyrrell would be intrested in the Schumacher loan for 1991

Modena is very interested to hire Stefano Modena (logical ;) ) as 1st driver for 1991.

With his 1st victory this year at Interlagos, he proved that he is fast.
He did not score all season after that because he only races to win,
We need that, and an early point because we will probably not have money.

As second driver, an experienced driver, fast in qualifying is needed. Maybe Philippe Alliot or De Cesaris ??

As test driver, Perry Mccarthy, if he can bring big bags of money, or a Japanese driver to be determined

Williams would like to retain Boutsen, but we will be replacing Modena with Karl Wendlinger in the other seat. Sorry, Stefano.
