Williams would like to add a medium "Decrease overall body drag" upgrade and requests testing at Silverstone before the next GP with both official drivers and Tommy Byrne. Plus, we support the proposal of Ligier going to the gas station to get some chips.

McLaren support the proposal, though it's probably due to the fact that Teddy Mayer is shouting at his crew to get at least one upgrade right, yet they cannot seem to do anything.

tristan1117, you failed to nominate a replacement driver by the deadline. This means that only 1 Rebaque will attempt to qualify for the Irish Grand Prix.
I'll do the tests shortly, upgrades have already been added. The deadline for any change whatsoever has passed, so I won't be considering any sort of change.
I'll announce what'll happen to the free, 40th car slot shortly as well. Stay tuned!

A one-off third car for Merzario driven by Michele Alboreto?

We'll support the proposal, but I don't think Ferrari will use it. That way, we hope there will be less people in the way on the track. Hopefully this won't result in half the grid skipping half the calendar. I suggest a cap of two races teams can skip in a season for upgrades.
Has Ferrari ever had a successful upgrade? Jeez

Guess what's back? Yep, rFAF1! Transport yourselves back to 1980 because tonight we'll be racin' around Mondello Park!
Live chat as ever only on the
F1Rejects mibbit chat room, please try and make this as it is quite enjoyable and you'll find out much more about the race than the race reports will ever tell you!
Anyway, to get the championship back on track, I wont be doing the tests. Upgrades have been added though.
The lights will go out at 7:00 PM GMT. Be there!

Can I enter the infamous American Brett Lunger, he has completed his degree and wants a race in F1 again after not finding a team in 1979.
Team name : CBS Racing (as Lunger was working for CBS at the time)
Nationality of Team : American
Engine : Renault-Gordini EF1

Yes, one of the Rebaques will not be entered due to not having a named replacement.
Seen as this will be a one-off entry, you can use the ex-Jenkins Williams FW06s
I still need a name for your team and an engine supplier.

Oh well, I guess I dropped the ball on the Rebaque driver replacement. I will let SuperAguri and Brett Lunger have a one-car entry for the rest of the year, as I can't be bothered to check this series much anyway.

Valentino Nicchi has defended the controversial Irish Grand Prix from critics which some have described as farcical.
"I don't see what fans are complaining about, it was an exciting race! There was loads of passing for the lead each lap, you never knew who would win. It's just what they came to see. Maybe they're just angry that their home driver Ed (Kevin) retired. The only thing to get upset about was Callum (McAllister)'s silly move on Jean-Pierre (Jabouille)!"

Notes:Callum McAllister rammed into Jean-Pierre Jabouille both on the track and in the pits. He has been handed an official warning from FISA.

As for driver changes - nothing is official until confirmed in this thread. Please ALWAYS confirm driver changes here.Pi3141, I expect Salamander and Stramala to confirm the move of Voeckler from Shadow to Renault. As soon as he does this, there will be a free slot.
Upgrades and testing as normal - tokens and upgrades are on the first page.

Since we have so many test tokens left, we might as well stage a private test at Vallelunga. We'll compare Siegfried Stohr and Teo Fabi with each other.

Not if I have anything to say about it, seeing as he's my driver! I'd understand if he'd been crap all year but he is right up there in the hunt for the title! What would be the motivation for dropping him?
