Colombia-Panama-border is the limit. I'm ok with Caribbean Sea tbh.
In which case, I present to you a Grand Prix in...
Barcelona!!!
No, it's not in Spain.
It's in Venezuela.

Most rejectful track
dr-baker (22)
roblomas52 (8)
AustralianStig (6)
go_Rubens (4)
dr-baker's track, described by senior track analyst UgncreativeUsergname as "like the old Reims but lame", deservedly walks the most rejectful award.

This is the greatest comeback since Alain Prost. Thank you guys.
Round 8: Heal The World
... make it a better place. The UN has asked you to propose a track that would cross at least one border (between states that are recognised by at least 15 governments worldwide). If that cross-border track is between two nations having a history of border conflicts, that's great but not a must. These are the stipulations:
- Your track mustn't longer than 4 km and shorter than 2 km
- Your track mustn't use existing road or pavement except airport runoff

Algeria, SADR, and Morocco. The finish line is near the middle of the eastern straight, not at the beginning.

There's no better town for this competition than Baarle-Nassau!

Wow, only two votes? Everyone forget about this gig? And I haven't seen Jimmy46 online since he posted his track, so if he is picked, I don't know if he knows when to give us a scenario. Or we could have let the voting last longer...
Plus, the canon series set in 2016 may be stealing everyone's attention.

Well, from an environmental standpoint both tracks have something going for them: Jimmy46 has come closer to what I imagined when drawing up this scenario, but pi314159's 18-times border crossing is too hilarious to not appreciate. In the end, therefore I am going for the better track. Since I am a very big fan of Dijon-esque tracks, Jimmy46 is ever so slightly in front. Congratulatons.

It doesn't seem like pi is interested in this anymore. I knew this was going south as soon as there were only two voters in last week's competition.

I am interested. I just can't come up with an interesting new challenge. If I haven't found something until tomorrow, anyone is free to announce a new challenge.
EDIT: Here's yourt new challenge:
The alternative 1967 French Grand Prix. Your challenge is to come up with an alternative to the Bugatti Circuit.
-At least 80% of the circuit must consist of public roads.
-The circuit must have a length between 7 and 15 Kilometers.
-The circuit must have at least one straight with a length of at least 1.2 kilometers.
-The circuit must be located in France (obviously).

Technicall ok, since it doesn't violate any of the rules. But the point of this competition is to design your own track, not just change two chicanes.

Seeing as Bugatti Circuit has so much full throttle action, I decided to go for a massive inner-city circuit that still had plenty of high speed sections and sweeping corners.

A circuit in Cannes! Probably a reject. Would the more than 2 km run at the bottom or the start/finish straight count even with slight kinks as straights?

OK, so I will replace my Le Mans entry with
this Mickey Mouse track. Pit lane would be Avenue Robert Schuman and Avenue Paul Seramy.
EDIT: Does this count as having straights of more than 1.2 km?
