You should bid for the engines!!
At the moment every team who only named the engines will pay the list price of the engine they get, but the teams which give higher bids will have higher chances of getting an engine !

Having done a bit of research, Flaschenpost listed his age as 30, while I suspect Hermann was born in 1995, due to the 95 in his username. Just call me Inspector Clouseau :P

Hey,
the engine selection is over. Every team anounced there engines bids, except Osella. They will recieve the Ford('89 spec) engines.
Now the teams will finally make the deals with the engine suppliers.

Ferrari Ferrari had no other choice as to go with there own engines, so they will recieve them for 12m$.

Honda 3 Teams knocked at the door of honda . Meclaren(25m$), Benneton(15m$) and Leyton House(15m$). In case of money and long term relationship Meclaren's chance is ingredibly high(95%) to make this deal. Chance for Benneton is 4% and 1% for Leyton House.
1-95...Meclaren
96-99...Benneton
100...Leyton House
33... Meclaren will recieve Honda power this year.

Ford('90 spec) the Ford work engine is very popular. 8 Teams are interrested in this deal. Arrows(11m$), Leyton House(10m$), Benneton(10m$), Minardi(10m$), Tyrell(10m$), Larrousse(10m$), Dallara(7m$) and Eurobrun(10m$). The best chances will have Benneton(35%) and Arrows(25%). Tyrell will have a chance of 20% followed by Minardi with 10%. 4% for Leyton House and Larrousse and 1% for Dallara and Eurobrun.
1-35...Benneton
36-60---Arrows
61-80...Tyrell
81-90...Minardi
91-94...Leyton House
95-98...Larrousse
99...Dallara
100...Eurobrun
74Tyrell is in first position for this deal, but Tyrell will more likely take Renault engines if the can catch them. In case they can catch them the Ford('90 spec) engines will be taken by another team. So lets wait for this.

Renault a very popular engine again. 7 bids for this engine. Renault will supply 2 Teams, but they want to have the money for their engines. Eurobrun and Dallara both don't have the money to effort this engines at this time. Renault isn't very happy with that and therefor won't singn a deal with this teams.
Under this circumstances 5 Teams will compete for 2 engines deals. Williams(14m$),Tyrell(12m$), Brabham(12m$), Benneton(12m$) and Lotus(12m$). The Chances are like this: Williams(50%), Benneton(20%),Tyrell(10%),Lotus(10%),Brabham(10%).
1-50...Williams
51-70...Benneton
71-80...Tyrell
81-90...Lotus
91-100...Brabham
16...Williams will go another year with Renault. The second Team will be:
1-40...Benneton
41-60...Tyrell
61-81...Lotus
81-100...Brabham
42 Tyrell will recieve french power this season.
In this case the Ford('90 Spec) engines are free again and anotother team can take them home:
Ford('90Spec) Round 2:
1-45...Benneton
46-75...Arrows
76-89...Minardi
90-94...Leyton House
95-97...Larrouse
98-99...Dallara
100...Eurobrun
46...Arrows will take the new Ford work engine home.
More in the next post :)

Lotus (6m$), Leyton House (6m$), AGS(7m$), Dallara(7m$), Minardi(6m$), Coloni(6m$), Onyx(5m$)
Chances: Dallara(25%), AGS(20%), Lotus(20%), Minardi(15%), Leyton House(10%), Onyx(5%), Coloni(5%)
1-25...Dallara
26-45...AGS
46-65...Lotus
66-80...Minardi
81-90...Leyton House
91-95...Onyx
96-100...Coloni
57...Lotus will take Judd engine and will recieve free updates during the season.
Next Team:

26-45...AGS
46-60...Minardi
61-70...Leyton House
71-75...Onyx
76-80...Coloni
79...Coloni be Judd powered this season.
Last Team:
1-25...Dallara
26-45...AGS
46-60...Minardi
61-70...Leyton House
71-75...Onyx
57...Minardi could have this engine but they also will have a chance to take the Lamborghini engine which wasnt taken by Lotus. We have to wait again...

Lamborghini Round 2
5 Teams are competing again:
1-20...Onyx
21-40...Dallara
41-50...Minardi
51-60...Leyton House
61-65...Eurobrun
37... Dallara will drive with Lamborghini engines this year.

Ford('89spec)
All teams which dont have an engine supplier until now and all times which bid for the engine with a higher preverence will be suplied by Ford with that engine.
This Teams are: Brabham, Osella, Leyton House, Benneton, Ligier, Larrousse, Euro Brun and Onyx

List of teams with engine suppliers and updated budgets will follow.

Hey,
sorry for posting that much in the middle of the night but i can't sleep.
Now one of the best parts will follow.

Drivers
For the drivers i have created a list of drivers who are available. Now you have to choose at least one driver for your team. If you only choose one driver you will only run one car during the season. You can choose a maximum of 3 drivers(driver 1,2, Test driver).
The salarie is up to you, but as there will be much competition for the top drivers you have to pay much for them. But lets stick to sum rules:
15m$ is the maximum salarie. You can send any driver a request if he would "like" to pay for a cockpit in yourteam. The RNG will answer.
You can bid for as much drivers as you like, but please post it like this:
Mclaren:
Ayrton Senna, 1st driver, 15m$
Gerhard Berger, 2nd driver, 10m$
Alain Prost, Test driver, Pay 1m$
.
.
.

and please post it in order of preference.
Any post with no salary offered for a driver or no role for the driver(1st,2nd,t) will be ignored
You will have time until the 25.July 20:00 EEST(Maybe if many teams dont have selected their drivers there will be more time ;) )

PS: And please post your Tyre supplier! Goodyear 500k and Pirelli 300k.

First of all, yes there will be testing sensions during the season in which you can upgrade your car. They will cost 500k for each testing day. You can also develop some high technical upgrades like active suspension, sequentiel gearboxes or traction control. Im currently working on this system but i think it will be done until the driver selection is done. Upgrades like this will probably cost about 2-5m$.

If no drivers wanna choin your team you have to bid again.
