Alright, who thinks both Ferraris will struggle/fail to get into Q3 today?

Me and it would be utterly embarrasing if that happened and a Williams plus both Saubers make it through. Those clouds looked ominous though (but don't mention the word ;))

To Kubica fans are you watching the Feature on Sky right now?

Maldonado was bad but was blocked by Chilton and Gutierrez. Gutierrez's piece of blocking was totally inexcusable and i won't be surprised if he takes a penalty for that. Chilton deserves a mention for being nothing but a mobile chicane all session. I thought Sutil suffered a puncture at the end and if that's the case then Crofty and Brundle deserve a mention for thinking it was a transmission problem

If you'd said to me after Spain that Williams would beat Ferrari in a straight fight in Q1 on the same tire I would have laughed at that. good_ralf's predictions are about to come true

Bottas just flat-out schooled the Reverend today. Williams looks brillant for keeping him. I hope they let him go balls-out in Q3.

Perez making a statement too. That's surprising. And Vettel only running 6 laps combined in Q1 and Q2, thats rather.......confident?

Bottas didn't set a time. Williams pulled him in. Boo! Chilton nearly 5secs off pole.

Won't miss you mate.

I don't mean that as a threat i mean that is it's wise not to make assumptions before a race has even started. After 20 laps I can understand but not before it's started

Anyway enough of Seb I think Maldonado has just put the final nail in his 2014 plans with his attitude today stating that Williams sabotaged him. He appears to make Di Resta have a cheery attitude. Just for the amusement of myself and dr-baker who would want to see Susie Wolff in Pastor's car in Brazil?

A bit disappointed by that session. It was sad to see Bottas slide further and further down from 3rd and eventually wind up 9th, even though he did a super big effort to even get there in the first place. Yes Hulkenberg was 4th and Kovalainen was 8th, but that means they will start on the dirty side of the grid which made a big impact on the start last year. A lot of people who started in even grid slots made much poorer starts than those starting on odd grid slots.

Wow isn't Maldonado a nasty piece of work- I doubt Williams have ruined the car -aka Andrea Moda it may have something to do with YOUR driving style. And remember other teams HE is on the market!!!

I WILL watch the race tomorrow just for my faint prayers of a great Grosjean win. Or an Epic Red Bull fight for every lap!!!!!

Massa said in brazilian tv coverage there is something wrong with your car. He doesn't know the cause of the problem, but he and the team are going to find it. Also, he said if they can't fix the problem, your race is going to be "disastrous".

Edit.

Chilton handed a drive-through penalty for impeding in qualify. Stewards are getting ridiculous with this. How about put him starting 10 slots back? Its a fair more penalty than this.

I think if FIA hires monkeys to do the Stewards job will be way better, because Monkeys are cheap and they could do a better work.

Why are pre-race drive-through penalties suddenly all the rage now? If the guy who would receive a grid-penalty for a driving offense is starting in last place anyway, why not just give him a fine? Back-of-the-grid teams are usually short on money so a fine would make more sense as a penalty than a drive-through early in the race.

The most recent autograph I got may be Pastor's, and it was at the Williams factory that I got it, and he did get Williams's most recent victory, so a bit of a soft spot there, BUT... Exactly what he said!

I have to agree that, ever since he won back in 2012, his attitude changed for the worst and the frustrations of this season seem to have only aggravated that even more. I do have to wonder whether he is really saying that because Bottas has, frankly, blown him into next week this weekend now that he is being given more support from the team and Maldonado does not like being beaten by a rookie.
