Right, so there were no bids for my chosen drivers in the 24 hours following my request for them, so here's the confirmed lineups;
#22 Ludovico Scarfiotti
#23 Willy Mairesse (this car is now full-time)
#27 Giancarlo Baghetti
#28 Simone Bizzarri

RNG results for today:
Peter Harper has offers from Aston Martin and Sunbeam. He's had a long history with Sunbeam and would like to continue with them, but the Aston Martin offer is lucrative as it would promote him to the top class.
1-65 Sunbeam
66-100 Aston Martin
79, Harper defects to Aston Martin!
Jack Sears has offers from Aston Martin and BMC. He has previously driven cars of both manufacturers, so the Aston Martin offer is more lucrative as it's for the top class while BMC's is for the 2-litre class.
1-75 Aston Martin
76-100 BMC
12, Sears wastes no time making his decision and signs for Aston Martin.
Oscar Alfredo Gálvez, last year's Turismo Carretera champion, has an offer from Alfa Corse. However, he's very happy in Argentina and is unsure if going all the way to Europe is worth it.
1-60 stays in Argentina
61-80 accepts a part-time schedule (if offered)
81-100 accepts a full-time schedule
62, Gálvez decides to give European sportscar racing a shot!
Stirling Moss has offers from AC and Lotus, but unless something out of the ordinary happens he'd prefer to stay in Formula One. Of the sportscar offers he finds Lotus more appealing.
1-85 stays in Formula One
86-95 signs for Lotus
96-100 signs for AC
39, Moss stays in single-seaters.
French veteran driver Robert Manzon has been approached by AC to drive one of their factory cars.
1-65 declines
66-90 accepts a part-time schedule (if offered)
91-100 goes full-time
80, Manzon decides to give sportscars one last shot but in a more relaxed manner.
Steve McQueen, American actor who has recently starred in Westerns such as Wanted: Dead or Alive and The Magnificent Seven, has also entered a few auto races whenever he's had the time. However now AC Cars are offering him a full-time contract.
1-80 declines due to being busy with acting
81-90 could consider a one-off, but nothing further
90-99 could consider a small number of races
100 goes full-time
40, McQueen prefers to concentrate on acting.
Tony Brooks recently retired from racing to concentrate on his family and garage business, but AC Cars and Lotus have now offered him a place in their sportscar programs.
1-50 holds firm on his decision to retire from motorsport
51-80 signs for Lotus
81-100 signs for AC
12, Brooks has no regrets on his decision to retire.
John Love from Rhodesia and Nyasaland has offers from BMC to drive an MG A for them, and from privateer Anglo-Racing Engineering to drive a Mini Cooper.
1-60 goes for the factory MG
61-100 prefers the privateer Mini instead (ARE)
64, it's a tough call for him but he prefers the privateer Mini!
George "Doc" Shepherd, the 1960 British Saloon Car Championship winner, has offers from BMC and Sunbeam. Although he's driven their cars to great success in the past, he's found himself pretty low on BMC's priority list so he is likely to go to Sunbeam.
1-15 BMC
16-100 Sunbeam
27, Sunbeam it is.
After much consideration Hans Heyer has been declined a license in this series due to lack of experience.
Jo Siffert has an offer from Lotus, but might not accept it due to concentrating on Formula One.
1-65 declines
66-85 accepts a part-time schedule (if offered)
86-100 accepts a full-time schedule
60, he's definitely interested in sportscars but prefers to concentrate on Formula One for now.
Giuseppe Farina was considered by Alfa Romeo, but as their initial roster is already full Farina wants nothing to do with them.
The following drivers had only one offer within 24 hours, so they'll automatically sign for those teams. If you signed more drivers than you have available cars, just drop the ones you don't need.
Jack Fairman (AC Cars Ltd.)
John Campbell-Jones (David Brown Racing Department)
Gaetano Starrabba (Abarth Corse SpA)
Syd van der Vyver (Abarth Corse SpA)
Paul Russo (Abarth Corse SpA)

I signed Andre Simon before realising there was no co-piloting in this series. However, I'd still like to keep him on and driving, and thus request to buy another A110 from Alpine. This prospective new car for Simon will become the #44 and JFV will move to car #444.

Class 2.0

Midget #84: John Sprinzel
Mini #87: Warwick Banks
Mini #88: John Rhodes, Frank Gardner (each do half of the races)

And yes, although I initially considered running RNGs only for drivers that received multiple offers it became clear that some drivers, while statistically being under the limits I imposed, could easily be still involved in tommykl's F1 in 1962 or have other plans. One special case was Gálvez, who was still active in TC at this time and indeed contested a total of 12 races in 1962, but as I had to use a site not listed in my original post to find that out I decided to give him a chance. Meanwhile McQueen, despite being very interested in racing and contesting quite a few races, was still an actor by his main profession and has just broken through on the big screens at this time.
The Great Escape (1963) wouldn't be the same had McQueen decided to become a full-time racer in 1962.

The overall entry list has now been updated with the recent driver signings.
There's a few number clashes I noticed. After each number the two (or more) teams using it are listed, with the team in bold having used it first and thus having precedence over it. Of course, the affected teams can negotiate who gets to use the number.
#44 Ecurie Voeckler and Sunbeam Talbot solved, Ecurie Voeckler uses #3 instead
#48 Porsche System Engineering and Anglo Racing Engineering solved, ARE uses #66 instead
#22 Scuderia Ferrari SpA SEFAC and Irish Racing Automobiles solved, IRA uses #30 instead
#31 Porsche System Engineering and Jaguar Cars Ltd. solved, Jaguar uses #34 instead
#6 Ecurie Francorchamps and David Brown Racing Department solved, Ecurie Francorchamps uses #20 instead

Depending on the release of the final calender, Porsche will be interested in running drivers from across the bloc.
Will any pre season/ private testing be allowed? It sounds like a nice PR stunt if I invited all 3 to test the cars before offering a drive to the fastest. (Though not sure how warm the Mejeris family meals will be if the siblings are forced to face off!)

Today's RNG results:
Hans Herrmann has offers from Porsche and Jaguar. Having driven for them in the past with good results and being a Stuttgart native he's very fond of the German marque, but Jaguar would be able to offer him a seat in the top competition class.
1-70 Porsche
71-100 Jaguar
7, it doesn't take long from him to decide that he wants to stay with the team he's had so many successes with.
The following drivers had only one offer made to them within 24 hours, so they'll automatically sign for those teams.
Ralph Bowyer (USA), Sunbeam Talbot
Jim Wester (USA), All American Eagles
Joe Weit (USA), All American Eagles
Peter Sutcliffe (GBR), All American Eagles

Wolfgang Seidel
90:
Toine Hezemans (i doubt if he was already active, the wiki just says 'sixties' but doesn't specify a year)

Wolfgang Seidel is ineligible with 3 championship F1, 9 non-championship F1 and 2 sportscar starts in 1962. As Slotemaker is BMC's reserve driver I suggest you find someone to be your own reserve driver. Toine Hezemans was only 19 at this time and the earliest data I can find for him is from 1966 (an article on 8W says that, after some success in karts he "shifted his attention to cars in the mid-sixties"). You could however try luring his father Mathieu from retirement...
The team list has been updated. As for the calendar, I've decided that it will feature 12 races, and during the next week I'll test the most voted-on tracks to see which ones have the best functionality. In the case of a tie I'll pick tracks from countries that don't already host another race.

So here are the tracks that I'll test further for functionality. I've tested all of them before and they should work (except for those with extra notes on the Pastebin list), but the longer tracks like Spa and Nurby may cause out-of-memory issues with the amount of cars I've planned per race (24-32). The tracks in italics are reserves should some of the main tracks not work. The reserve tracks that will be used are not necessarily those that received the most votes, but instead are from the same country (or lacking other alternatives, a suitable track from another country) as the most popular tracks. So for example if I can't fix Bathurst's pitlane, Warwick Farm will take its place despite being quite low on the list.
Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium)
Monza, without oval (Italy)
Nürburgring (West Germany)
Autódromo de la Magdalena Mixhuca (Mexico)
Brands Hatch (United Kingdom)
Daytona Speedway (USA)
Roskilde Ring (Denmark)
Bathurst (Australia)
Rouen-Les-Essarts (France)
Buenos Aires (Argentina)
Eläintarha (Finland)
Mosport (Canada)
Interlagos (Brazil) will replace Buenos Aires
Watkins Glen (USA) will replace Daytona Speedway
Charade (France) will replace Rouen-Les-Essarts
Silverstone (United Kingdom) will replace Brands Hatch
Zandvoort (Netherlands) will replace Spa-Francorchamps
Prince George (South Africa) will replace Roskilde Ring
Warwick Farm (Australia) will replace Bathurst
Pescara (Italy) will replace Monza
Neva Ring (Soviet Union)
Brno (Czechoslovakia)
Opatija (Yugoslavia)
Monaco
Montjuïc Park (Spain)
Zeltweg (Austria) will replace Nürburgring
Sachsenring (East Germany) will replace Nürburgring
Ain-Diab (Morocco)

Yes (and as a theoretical reserve for Van Zalinge too, should he get in an accident) It's really hard to find dutch drivers on a high level, and considering Van Der Lof is succesful in the AltF1, he's not an option either. So it's going to be Germans, because of the Porsche connection.

The final calendar is in no particular order:
Spa-Francorchamps (Belgium) (30+ cars)
Monza, without oval (Italy) (30 cars)
Nürburgring (West Germany) (30+ cars)
Autódromo de la Magdalena Mixhuca (Mexico) (30+ cars)
Brands Hatch (United Kingdom) (30 cars)
Daytona Speedway (USA) (28 cars)
Roskilde Ring (Denmark) (28 cars)
Bathurst (Australia) can't fix the pitlane issue, is replaced with Warwick Farm (Australia) (28 cars)
Rouen-Les-Essarts (France) (30+ cars)
Buenos Aires (Argentina) (30+ cars)
Eläintarha (Finland) no proper pitlane at all, is replaed with East London (South Africa) (28 cars)
Mosport (Canada) (30+ cars)
I only tested with 30 AI cars so I can't be certain what is the absolute maximum limit of some of the circuits, although based on AIW data most circuits don't have capacity beyond 35 AI cars. 30 cars worked well for the inaugural LGPS season so that's what I'm going to use. On the higher-capacity tracks GT +3.0 and GT 3.0 cars will share one start while GT 2.0 and GT 1.0 will share the other start, while on smaller-capacity venues I may have to run races class by class depending on the amount of cars entered.
