By the way, is there a Twitter group or something called GoHomeColinKolles or something? Because I'd like to join in if that's the case :D

It's not a group; me, Wizzie and a few other use the #gohomecolinkolles hashtag when posting on #F1. If only we could trend it...

I can use it whenever I post something on my Facebook or Twitter (though I'm not using the latter that much).

Funny Heidfeld should be back for Singapore; the very first rant here was about his adventures in the night last year.

I assume you chose to compaginate your studies with some work...I'd be glad to have some work in a newspaper while studying to get practice, but something not too time-consuming.

I did initially, but I ended up getting more involved with the paper than I had initially anticipated (namely, I got promoted). It really is going to pay off in both the short and the long term for me, because I am making more money than I could at most college jobs, and I'm going to leave school with three years of experience at a daily newspaper. However, it does make for some interesting sleep cycles.

Everybody is. And it's probably true. Courses never lead anywhere, we should all study philosophy and simply find our own track in life.

And what do you plan to do, then?
This is just not the right way to think. What if Ayrton Senna was always told he was wasting his time racing, that it was going to fail, he was going nowhere, etc.? Or Rafa Nadal, Roger Federer, Michael Jordan, etc.? I just hate this thinking. I'll do what I like to do, and if I fail it'll be my fault solely, but it won't be the end of the world.

Me, I decided to go my own way. The people you mention are only sportsmen, they make no contribution to anything whatsoever. See my point? Follow your own way, and that'll be good enough. As someone who know, studies and does a lot of statistics, I can tell you: it's up to you.

Everybody contributes in one way or another. And what's the issue then? I follow my own way, but if you do so you must think and know you have a chance.

Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a f***ing big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suit on hire purchase in a range of f***ing fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the f*** you are on Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing f***ing junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, f***ed up brats you spawned to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose life...
