So, I'm testing a bit with GP2 to see if this would be a viable entry-level canon series. Since there's a pretty clear lack of good canon drivers from South America, I think starting a F4 series there would be a good idea. I repeat, at this stage this is only an early proposal!

RULES:- 13 two-car teams, at best South American-based (I'm not sure whether to enforce this rule strictly, but I'll reserve myself the right to ask potential team owners to alter entries which would be completely out of place).
- Drivers must be at least 15 years old at the start of the season (DOB up until 25/01/2004). At least one driver per team must be South American.
- Before each race, teams will be able to choose between three different setups: Conservative (slight grip decrease, moderate CFP decrease), Moderate (no changes) and Aggressive (slight grip increase, moderate CFP increase). The default setup will be "Moderate".
- Other than that, no other upgrades will be possible.- If he's okay with it, ThisCouldBeYou's Dome F4 carshape will be used. Otherwise, I'll go for an old F3 Sudamericana carshape. (Team owners, or someone for them, should take care of the liveries - it shouldn't be a hard job
)
- Each race weekend will be made of two 40 kilometres long races, each with a separate qualifying session. The points and penalty systems will be the same as in AIF4 and NAF4.
- After the third and sixth round, there will be two testing sessions. This sessions will give drivers an opportunity to earn better stats.
- The last round at Curitiba will be a special event, with two normal races on Friday and Saturday and a special 80 kilometres race with double points.
