Or just too much time spent around other environs on the internet. Notably, that bathplughole known as 4chan. I've also seen references to it on other sites, including ones dedicated to the Fallout series of computer games. Let's just say that the dedicated fans of the Fallout games all seem to be a little crazy.

yes... this particular image is not 1 i would foist on anybody.... back in the day (about 10 years ago) i started using ircnet and there is a channel called #f1 where it would be given out on the chat whenever anyone asked for a URL or Link to something......
