Oh no, it's nothing to do with that, it just sets a precedent that would make it very unfair, particularly for members like Warren Hughes and others who struggle on. Besides, it's better to have a series full of established names that carry history with them, even if they have lean periods, like Prospec at the moment. However with Aerond's corrections to the consistency of drivers which will come in for the next race, we should see drivers like Cameron, McAllister, Melrose, Jones, etc perform more akin to their histories as successful racing drivers, so you may not even have to close the team!

I fail to see the problem, honestly, because I would bet a lot on aerond reading Phoenix's "first dibs" on the 2016 entries as "first dibs after everybody who has not gotten an entry for 2015". Assuming that there are three users waiting for an entry and not getting one for 2015, you can safely assume that it will take some time before Phoenix's turn arrives since there won't be anywhere near as much change in the grid spaces from 2015 onwards with every user having only one team and 20 teams at most, which means we will see Aeroracing Engineering on the grid at the earliest in the 2020 season.

Well, Klon is right. First, Waiting list for 2016 will open when 2015 Pre-season testing is happening and assuming not everyone in the 2015 waiting list gets an entry, then that people will have priority. It´s very unfair for people who tries to run smaller teams to see things like this and I think you haven´t tried hard enough, given Phoenix state of form this year is better than in 2013, and PreQualifying isn´t as hard as last season, and the fact you´re currently using a pay driver which will keep credits coming in. Second, no way there´s going to be a transfer ammount of credits, it´s simply down to DanielPT whether if he wants to try to refloat your team or prefers a clean start. Of course, you can rewind and keep going with your team if you want to, after all, the entry is yours for now.

OK. I guess I'm just way too competitive...
This is what I'll do:
-I will rename the team to Aeroracing Engineering for next year, but it will be basically the same team. I'll do likewise for my F2 and F3RWRS entries.
-The Stig will be replaced after this season (but please don't tell him) with either Tanner Jason or Niko Bellic, both of which will be, of course, pay drivers, since there's a long way to go with the package I will have to run for the foreseeable future.
-I'll relocate to Coventry and use the referred design team.
-I'll sport a new livery with Repsol and Dark Dog (basically the Seat Córdoba WRC livery
![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
) since Red Bull and Camel are departing due to the lack of results.
-The new car will be renamed ARE-01. The F2 and F3RWRS chassis will be dubbed ARE-01/2 and ARE-01/3.
-Needless to say, McAllister will keep driving for the team.
-No one can buy the team. It's not for sale.
-Sammy Jones can go home with Colin Kolles.
Oh, a question. After which race The Stig will pay up and I'll be able to upgrade the chassis? And, how much power improvement can I still extract from the engine?

DGNGINEERING TO EMPLOY BEN FLEET
In a short press release, DGNgineering has announced that pay-driver Ben Fleet will get on the 2nd car from Long Beach on. Nathan Scott departed from the team earlier this week as Chris Dagnall announced the team needed some money to invest on reliability. It´s unclear if Scott will continue under Dagnall´s management.

By the way, please take a look at this "TV Money" proposal I have for you. It would act as the equaliser money we were talking about before.
There would be a pot of 5500 credits in TV Money to give, with the last classified teams receiving more.
20th -- 400 cr.
19th -- 390 cr.
18th -- 380
17th -- 370
16th -- 360
15th -- 350
14th -- 340
13th -- 330
12th -- 320
11th -- 310
10th -- 300
9th -- 280
8th -- 260
7th -- 240
6th -- 220
5th -- 200
4th -- 180
3rd -- 150
2nd -- 120
Winner -- None.
If a team doesn´t continue (this is a team closing with a new team joining as a new entry, instead of taking over an entry), the money will be equally shared between all teams, including the winner. For example, if DGNgineering decides to close the team at the end of the season, and DGNgineering finishes 18th, then every other team would receive 380/19 = 20 extra credits each.

And if he turns it down, I'm next!
As the F1RWRS rules have noted, rule #2 is voided. Which means if I were to pick up their place the Nissan turbos from this year will run unbadged, and be replaced next season!
The UK base will be retained, however some staff there will be moved to Alitalia's larger facility in Parma, and the F2RWRS team will be moved to the UK with F1RWRS running from Parma from 2015.
We would also like clarification of Katayama's contract, with regards to clauses that would cause "termination" of her contract i.e. if she could be placed on rotation.

What I (incorrectly) thought is that if the first person in line turned down buying an existing team then anyone could buy that team.
Also, I think that priority for teams shouls be goven to people who have never had a driver ot team in F1RWRS before
