It's a tie, and I have to go with peteroli34. The track is twisty, plenty of elevation change, and an overall fantastic layout. But it was close, I wasn't sure who I'd go for for a few minutes.

Davidellias takes the worst track this time around, followed by roblomas52.

I said I'd give a special award to roblomas52 earlier. Well, the elevation changes look like they are either from hell, or cracks in the Earth's crust appeared and that was the result. Either way, it was about 20 km from a place known as "World's End State Park" That added some spice to the general location and idea of the circuit, I'd be surprised if he designed the track in that location by accident.

So as i have to come up with the next idea and i dont actually have any idea about what to do i am going to get you to design a track in my local area

Rules

Track must be located in this area http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6091914
Length must be no longer then 10KM
You can create your own purpose built circuit or a street track

That was a genuine accident because all I did was type the location you wanted into the search bar and it came up with that ;)

Ermm, when I am not at uni, this is 20 minutes down the road from me - this is my local motorway junction! (Unless I come from the north, in which case I use junction 29 for the A127...).

EDIT: Just created a track - but gmaps forced me to create an account before I could save it and get the link. :(

EDIT 2: My favourite section would be the long curve just before the 2 km point, just by the kart track - it would be long, sweeping uphill section here. There is also a nice downhill section onto the roundabout at the 1 km point - a real test of braking ability! The section from the 4th to 5th km points are on an elevated section over what looks like marshland after a downpour, and I think would probably need to be strengthened if cars were to race on it - I am sure the bridge has oscillated when I have just come off the motorway at 70 mph...

Similar tactic to me I see - base it round a shopping centre where there is plenty of parking, and make sure there are roundabouts and gradient changes at junctions!

The shape of said centre kind of reminds me of Epcot. Maybe it's just me.

Really? For once, I am sad. I love driving on these particular roads. I had a little bit of a challenge linking together my favourite juctions with some great elevation changes on the approach to many, and with long sweepers in other places.

Still, this runs a close second for favourite tracks I created...

*NEW CHALLENGE*

The Competition of Long Squigly Lines!

-The track can be anywhere in the world
-The length must be between 13.707 km (length of Le Mans) and 20.832 km (length of Nordschleife)
-There must be a 1 km straight somewhere, it doesn't matter where
-At least 50% of the track has to be public roads
-Have fun!
-Design away! :)

Anyways, I'm returning to this competition with a barely legal (20.7398 km) mix of Reims-Gueux and Pescara around my preferred area: the commune in which I live (with Chaudfontaine also making a short appearance in the Northwest corner). http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=6106659

So close! And I had what I think is a decent track-designing brief...

OK, so for this round, I have come up with two tracks (my choice of which shall be put forward as the official entry shall come at the end). The first, the Kingston-Surbiton-Kingston-Hampton track, is 20.2692 km, about half-a-km within the maximum. (Without the Hampton Court extension, with the track having a hairpin at the roundabout just past Kingston Bridge, the track would have been halm-a-km short of the minimum). The second (Kingston-Surbiton-Thames Ditton-Hampton) is similar, but just takes a different route from Surbiton to Hampton Court and is shorter at 15.8291 km. And my official entry shall be... the first, longer one (even if it would need a bit of road construction along the bank of the Thames...).

A track located on one of Denmark's most beautiful roads, with the main straight located between the North Sea and the Fjord. The track runs around Vest Stadil Fjord, and is inspired partially by the Le Mans track. It contains mostly long straights and fast kinks, but also some slower corners. From kilometer 15 to 16.5, there is a series of medium-speed corners, resembling the Porsche curves.

Alrighty then.

You must design a replacement circuit for Spa-Francorchamps which has unexpectedly shut down. You are limited to the Ardennes (the Belgian ones, not the French ones), the circuit must be between 6km and 8km long and be 90% public roads. Essentially, the only purpose-built sections should be roundabout bypasses or chicane cuts. I only ask for the track to be in the Ardennes. It can be in the forest or in an urban area.

Go nuts.
