Well i readed something about him that he went home at monza 1976, because he didn't qualify hisself, but after some cars got disqualifyed he was allowed to start, but didn't because he was already home, James Hunt was the one who replaced him.
After that no one did ever hear about him.

I have seen a couple of sources that someone may be producing a 1/43rd scale diecast of Otto Stuppacher Tyrrell from 1976. Surely that will be one of THE F1 Reject diecast to have if it does indeed get produced.
