Don't you think you should hold off on making this thread until you at least have a reject to nominate?

In fairness, it's pretty hard to mime 'Please put that fire extinguisher behind the front wheel of my Formula One car, because otherwise it might roll backwards and be damaged'.

My ROTR nominations so far before Qualifying:
[rant]Red Bull's reliability issues: First Vettel has water pressure issues in FP2, then Webber has a suspected engine failure at the end of that session and now Webber has throttle issues as well today. This is exactly why I think they will be lucky to walk away with both titles at the end of the season. Operational and reliabilty concerns left, right and bathplugging centre. [/rant]
Tonio Liuzzi: Sutil's been in the barrier, been sidelined with hydraulic issues and generally spending more time off the track than on it yet Liuzzi still can't beat him.

Front runners are Ferrari - 8th & 12th is pretty poor for them.
Followed closely by Williams. On the overall scale of this season 15th & 17th for them isn't as terrible as Ferrari's performance, but that its partly down to being missing new parts because of their double retirment at Monaco makes it rejectworthy.

Why isn't Liuzzi in the frame?

Ferrari should be concerned - frankly, they should have had both cars in the top 10, and Massa was not happy on those soft tyres - he has been having problems with them throughout free practise, and the Ferrari's just can't seem to get them working well for a short stint. Furthermore, Renault have been pretty handy in a straight line, so they won't be easy to pass, and since both Petrov and Kubica are aggressive drivers, they won't yield their places without a fight.
As for Williams, well, although their accidents in Monaco were not entirely their fault, it is still pretty reject worthy that they don't have the new front wing. Interestingly, though, they did let slip to the BBC that they have been copying the Red Bull diffuser, complete with exhaust system, and are thinking of bringing it to Canada - so they might bounce back a bit there.

Didn't think of him. But yeah, he was fairly poor too.

Liuzzi's qualifying was poor, but for me hes not in contention for Reject of the Race (yet) because Sutil didn't qualify well either. Last time Tonio went out in Q1 Sutil made Q3, this time he just missed out thanks to a very tight midfield.
Not a good performance by any means, but not reject worthy for me at the moment.
'Nando is the obvious candidate after qualifying, but hes a good racer so still has time to make up for it.

I'll go for 'Nando too, but still, he has to do something really obnoxious tomorrow in order to deserve the ROTR.

Easy now - we don't want the sort of fanboy battles that plague other sites.
What I think we can agree on is that Ferrari have fallen back a bit from where they were, since Mercedes seem to have now passed them in terms of qualifying pace. Their race pace does seem to be stronger, but unless they can actually get into clean air, then their drivers are probably in for a long, hard slog with little reward at the end of it.
Thinking about it, Liuzzi is potentially on for ROTR here - OK, Sutil only got into Q2, albeit in 11th place, but he was the best part of a second off his team mate in Q3, and all of his laps looked scruffy. The F-duct on Liuzzi's car doesn't seem to have helped either - he was no faster than Sutil (in fact, he was about 0.5kph down on Sutil). Perhaps it is actually making the car harder to drive? Ferrari ended up loosing downforce in Spain, and perhaps the same is happening for Force India (it is worth noting that Sutil didn't use the F-duct, as he felt that it made it more difficult to drive the car, and perhaps his judgement was right).
To be honest, he is trying a bit too hard, since he is under a lot of pressure, and just doesn't seem happy with the car (to the extent that Eddie Jordan thought that Force India might be over pressuring him, to the point where he can't focus on driving as he's constantly looking over his shoulder at Di Resta).
And ending up seven places behind his team mate will only add to the pressure. Now, hopefully this time around he can avoid crashing out on the first lap, but being so far down the grid, there is a good chance that he might try to make up a few places and end up ploughing into somebody instead.

Thanks mario.
I'm surprised at Ferrari falling behind McLaren on pace in Turkey. I honestly thought they had the upper hand on Macca until now - wonder if they've taken a few wrong turns in developing the car this year? Maybe spending too long working out the f-duct gimmick?
That actually leads into the Force India discussion. Wonder if indeed the discussion about using it or not has contributed to Liuzzi's showing? I also note Red Bull have decided not to use their blown wing after testing it...

Yeah my serious nomination has to go to Vettel.
And depending on how the championship plays out, Red Bull's self destructive tendencies has to be up for consideration for ROTY.
