Because football (soccer for Americans) isn't the only thing users at F1R care about, outside of F1.
YES!

Don't you think that a wrestling thread should be named after a rejectful wrestler? Maybe Queen Sharmell Wrestling Thread would do it...
Anyway, just breezed through Super SmackDown!.
* No "STRAIGHT-UP TAG TEAM MATCH PLAYA" during the entire week with Teddy Long? Son, I am disappoint.
* Cody Rhodes still has one of the best themes in WWE
* I really don't care about AJ/Bryan/Punk unless it leads to a funny conclusion like AJ screwing both to allow Kane to cash in MitB
* No, Duggan, no, Slaughter, no matter what the Little Jimmys chant, you haven't gotten it anymore
* Ryback now has worked his way to the main roster, so odds are he'll be champion by the end of the year
* It may make Little Jimmy happy, but Kane would have been a better choice to win that battle royal
Edit: About that 1000th RAW episode flashback: I am certain that there is no way Jim Ross, or anyone else for that matter, could have called Foley's first title win better than Michael Cole did back then.

In my opinion we should rename it after Vince Russo, but that's only my modest opinion.

I was thinking of naming it after Sin Cara Negro, but then again I like Hunico. Then I thought it should be the Bork Laser wrestling thread, since he quits all the time. But because of the craze that began, it should be the YES! man by his true name, not his WWE name.

Well, Bryan's "YES!" is nice, but I like the hammy one-liners, the over-the-top acting. Like this nice fellow here:

According to what I have heard the SmackDown! they have taped at the RAW show is not better. Well, Money In The Bank hopefully won't disappoint - it never has so far.
Here's the short version for those interested.

Decided to change the name of the thread, to someone who was hilariously rejectful when he was with WWECW.
Knock Knock Who's There?
Braden Walker!

Braden Walker was not rejectful, he was a legend of the sport like Alain Prost was for F1.
Still I approve of this thread name.

Whatever happened to Scott Steiner? I know he went to TNA after he was fired by the WWF (I refuse to call it the WWE

) but he seems to have disappered off the radar.
And he has one of the most disgusting physiques I've ever seen. He must have been on steroids once upon a time...

Well, he became a legend to the internet wrestling community with certain promos and interviews
like these and supposedly still works for TNA's India project while having talked (justified, if I may say so) smack about Bischoff and Hogan on Twitter until a threatened lawsuit made him stop.

Money In The Bank is tonight. It's looking to be a good show, excluding the Brodus Clay and Ryback squashes. I made my predictions over at GTPlanet, So i'm just going to Copy/Pasta them.
RAW MITB:Don't bet against Cena if WWE are making him an underdog. But he did guarantee a win, and the last time he did that, he lost to the Rock. I don't think Kane has a chance, unless he returns to feud with Punk/Bryan. And JeriShow both have an outside chance with Show's super-push and Jericho wanting to finalise his idea of making MITB and winning at it.
Winner: John Cena
Smackdown MITB: Cody and Dolph should win, Dolph more since the crowd got behind him at No Way Out against Sheamus. Cody needs a push since he is in a real limbo since losing the IC Belt to Christian. Christian, Santino, Tensai, Sandow and Sin Cara all will not win. But Santino will probably be the last guy to get to the briefcase before the real winner does. Think of the moment where Santino hit the Cobra on Bryan at the Elimination Chamber and went for the pin; there will be that moment again. And now Tyson Kidd, my heart wants him to win, so bad. He and Dolph are two of the best wrestlers in this match in terms of talent. Kidd is the only Face with a shot in my opinion.
Winner:
Dolph Ziggler or Tyson Kidd
CM Punk vs Daniel BryanCM Punk wins. Not sure how AJ will change the face of the match since she is mad now, bro. If Bryan wins, expect Cena to cash in MITB after the match and get WWE title, launching a Rock or CM Punk feud with Cena.
Winner: CM Punk
Sheamus vs Alberto Del RioSheamus probably wins, but Alberto should win. His new anger he has shown needs to amplify in this match, and if it does he will win without a assist from Ricardo.
Winner: shakes Magic 8 Ball.....Ask Again Later.

Well - I agree with a number of your predictions but there are a few things off:
I would not be so quick to discount Santino, for example, since the teased win you mentioned had a proper response from the crowd and he is over. I can see him taking it and feuding against an evil heel for the "biggest upset in WWE history". Speaking of Money In The Bank: Kidd winning is about as likely as Barrichello making a comeback next season and winning the WDC. I personally think that Dolph doesn't need it, he can easily be elevated through the glass ceiling without the briefcase, whereas Cody Rhodes would need it more so I'm assuming he will win.
Agree on Cena being likely to win - although that will leave the fear of Rocky actually winning the WWE Title at Raw #1,000 in my mind. Only other option for this match would be Basic Russonomics by having AJ turn on both Punk and Bryan and allowing Kane to win the title via cash-in.
The WWE Title match result depends on whether it is the main event or not since as we know faces most likely win main events.
And the WHC Match has only obvious conclusion: SHEAMUSWINSLOL. The guy is currently displayed as the single strongest guy on the roster, making Cena look like a weak tapeworm. He kicked out of a Codebreaker in mid-air for crying out loud. There's only one reason we might see Del Rio win: Santino takes MitB and therefore Alberto will play the evil foil to the hope spot story.

And yet when Sheamus won the title at 'Mania, it stalled his over-ness with the crowd and Bryan became the most over man in the company at that time. The match with Jericho was a great one, but the Super-Codebraker didn't hit fully on Sheamus. They finally got the build somewhat right for the WHC, making the Heel look somewhat menacing. If they give Del Rio the title, and he Heels it up alot it will help Sheamus get more over since, like I said, it's stalled. I'd be okay with Santino winning Mitb, and a probable cash-in at Summerslam, though. I just want Ziggler succeed since he has been the best wrestler in the WWE since after 'Mania, and Kidd to get what he deserves. Cody and Dolph are the only Heels with a shot, and Kidd and Santino the only faces with a chance.

If you add my obvious prediction of Sheamus winning, you have a 100 per-cent hit ratio on your guesses. Nice job, buddy.

I seriously hope they are. After being in the ring with the guys that have main evented PPVs more than the WWE Champion, he needed to make a statement. And Punk turning Heel gives him more opportunity to show what being a good talker is all about, instead of being in a half-dumb love triangle. But based on the WWE Champ title scene, it's Punk, Cena, and Rock (and I guess Big Show), and they are stealing the spotlight from Punk and his superior matches.
Also, seeing Rock's face after taking that wicked clothsline was amazing, it told an amazing story during that segment.

it'll be leading to Punk out of the spotlights for the rumble and 'mania. sure. and i don't like it. especially if we'll see one more time again Cena as Champion.

The bigger problem I have with all of this is Dwanye Johnson's title match is bloody likely to lead to a title run of his since it would work perfect to have him have go Punk or Cena go over at WrestleMania. It is going to be like David Arquette, only this time nobody realises it will be shite.

It depends on Dwayne's movie schedule after the Rumble too.

BTW, we have a wrestling thread, and no one mentions Botchamania?
I think this best of should serve as an appropriate introduction to this series:

Or how about Lex Luger? Does this Billywhatshisname site find this video funny? I don't knooooooooow!:

Abraham Washington has been released by the WWE. I think after he made the rape joke a few weeks back that his days were numbered in the company. He had a good run with Titus O'Neil and Brown John Cena. Well, looks like the Tag Team Division is in the shits again, probably.
So, lets see. The tag teams in the WWE (not counting NXT) right now are....
Kofi and Truth (Champs)
Primetime Players (Titus and Brown Cena)
Primo and Epico
Hunico and Camacho
Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel
Reks and Hawkins
If the WWE Creative team knows what they are doing, we could have a potentially good division. But knowing the booking right now....

I've been finding myself watching some old WCW videos around the time of the nWo in 1997-1998, plus some WWF Raw Is War stuff recently. If only WCW hadn't gone to the pits during 2000, who knows how good wrestling would be nowadays. Just brilliant.

Cole is actually a really good commentator, when he isn't Heeling it up (just watch the RAWs from the last few weeks). Cole handled the situation amazingly, and he deserves a hell of a lot of respect that he doesn't have from the casual fan right now. (He was that good of a heel in 2010/2011, but perhaps too good....)
At tonight's Smackdown taping in Ottawa, he apparently received a warm reaction from the crowd when the tv commentators come out before the show starts. (compared to the traditional Boos) The man deserves it.
Also, since Jerry may be off of TV for quite the while now, can we PLEASE get William Regal on Raw Commentary?
Too soon? I hope not...
