What are the best moments from any virtual championship that's ever run on F1Rejects, in your opinion?

Scuderia Italia shocking the world by winning the opening round of 1989 F1 Season

I think Massa winning in an Arrows in the GPM2 series was a shock for everyone

It should technically be the PMMF
I'd say the 2012 F1RWRS season which went down to the wire, had a female champion, a veteran former F1 champion as runner up, and the young upstart seemingly 'cheated' out of what should have been his title! Plus the masses of controversy over the year, mostly between Jones, Mori and McAllister. It doesn't get much better than that!

Tommykl Proving the Autosport Christmas quiz wrong with the Johnny Cleas thread.
(They said Karthikeyan spent most laps in last in 2011 when in reality it was Liuzzi!)

The 1998 F1CC season which went down to the absolute wire. Damon Cannon and Douglas Mann finished level on points but Mann took the title on countback.

Chris Dagnall winning his first World Championship. Especially after the heartbreak of the year before.
Jack Christopherson's first Championship win also counts

James Davies thrashing the field in the 1995 Duel in the Desert. Something which he will never, ever, ever shut up about.

A new best moment will start in roughly 10 minutes...

Or was it the worst? Frustrating, that's for sure!

Yay! My two champion drivers, who happen to be siblings, get nominated already!

I've been waiting for this thread for a long time. Here's a shortlist of things from the F1RGP2C:
Andrew Spokes gets a podium in a Minardi, Pippa Mann scores a points in a Simtek.
The 1994 F1RGP2C Japanese GP when everyone ran out of fuel at the last lap. And Sebastien Belo's heartbreaking crash from fourth

.
Pablo da Silva takes out both championship contenders on his own initiative at the 1995 F1RGP2C Pacific GP, handing the title to John Zimmer.
F1RWRS:
Foxdale's only win of the 2013 season.
The 2011 F1RWRS NSW GP (Melrose gets taken out by Simpson, shifting the championship to Simpson and Steele goes crazy)
The 2011 F1RWRS USA GP (Krautmeir passes Giovanni Roda on the last lap of the race to win)
F1RMGP:
Pedro Diniz's unlikely win at Hungary in 2012.
The Magnussen/HWNSNBM, Magnussen/Dagnall and Magnussen/Einarsson battles

The day Melrose announced he'd retire from Formula One to focus solely on the F1RWRS. You gotta admit, it was the day where the F1RWRS was truely legitimalised in the eyes of a global audience.

Ashley Watkinson's first F1RWRS win: where it all began...
Gary Cameron winning the championship without winning a race all season.

Oh, and don't forget that Pippa Mann also scored a second place in a Mastercard Lola in F1CC, beating her brother into 3rd in a Williams Renault!

For me it was the live narration of the F1RWRS 2014 French GP, when the alcoholism issues throughout the field were well and truly exposed to a global audience

Wasn't that also Scuderia Alitalia's F1RWRS debut? Surely just a coincidence...

We're pretty sure Mr Lon was already getting hammered on a consistent basis before that point anyway

Bleu's alternate championship, the beginning of the alternate championships as we know them.
The JCA and subsequent "worst of them all" championships exposing the worthiness of Johnny Claes as reject profile material.

I get the feeling it won't be the last blow for blow fight over a driver in that thread either...

It certainly won't happen if it involves me, I'm rather keeping it practical and cool. (Plus I'm planning to promote drivers from Oreca F2, and since I run that, it's somewhat safe...)

Me continually picking Renault when it's available, only for their cars/engines to be horifically unreliable (F1 1979 & 1989) or just utter rubbish (RTCC 1998).

It definately has to be the
Mori / Jones Saga. It is definately what makes F1RWRS so great

With the Jones and Kamaha garages going to be next to each other for 2015, it is likely there are going to be some pushing and shoving, blood spilt, broken noses with bans and fines being handed out by the FRWRS council like they were sweets.

And again the ENB drivers next to them to break up the fight

I am genuinely dissapointed to have missed that

How about everyone now has 3 votes in a competition for the best ever moment? 1st vote would have 10 points, Second 8, and third 6.?

After reading it, I could figure out who wrote the article
Maybe McAllister can act as an intermediate part fanning the flames of the Jones/Morii rivalry with inane rumors. Now that would be utterly pathetic

I thought McAllister was over all that now anyway Phoenix? Or was that all just a front, and inside he still seethes?

No, McAllister has nothing against Jones now. But I just thought how funny was while it lasted

Mori still hates Jones and detests Rhys Davies and thinks Kay Lon is a slimey greasebag. It is going to be a good 2015 season.
