RIP Tony Crook

Best known as the owner of Bristol Cars, he did, however, compete in 2 Grand Prix. Britain 1952, in a Frazer-Nash Bristol 2.0 where he finished 10 laps down & again at Silverstone in 1953 where the car (Cooper Bristol 2.0) failed on the start line.
RIP Feb. 16th 1920-Feb 3rd (death announced) 2014.

This means that only Robert Manzon and Eric Thompson remain of the F1 drivers born before 1920...

Wikipedia lists him having died on January 21st.

Yes indeed one of the last gentleman drivers from an era we wish to have back today. RIP Tony.
