Alternate Royal Rumble

Yes, after my last wrestling game was a colossal disappointment, I feel the need to try again.
The principle of this game is astonishingly simple. Each player takes the control of a number of professional wrestlers (that number obviously depends on how many players we got and what year of the rumble we are working with). After all wrestlers are split up, the order of the entry will be drawn and your workers will be handed a number of points depending on when they enter the match. During each period, you must use a number of points to stay in the match. If your wrestler uses less than 75 % of the average points total, is out of points to use or is the wrestler with the least points used if a certain number of wrestlers are in the ring, he is eliminated from the match. This will continue until there is only two men left. Out of those, the wrestler with the highest remaining points total wins.
That should be simple enough, right? Well, let's start where it all began - with the 1988 Royal Rumble. You may pick two from the following entrants:
B. Brian Blair
Boris Zhukov (nuppiz)
Bret Hart (pycku)
Butch Reed
Danny Davis (WaffleCat)
Dino Bravo (WaffleCat)
Don Muraco
Harley Race (Flying Ginger)
Hillbilly Jim
Jake Roberts
Jim Brunzell
Jim Duggan (Reject_Dom)
Jim Neidhart
Junkyard Dog (Flying Ginger)
Nikolai Volkoff (nuppiz)
One Man Gang
Ron Bass
Sam Houston
Tito Santana (Reject_Dom)
The Ultimate Warrior (pycku)
Let's get ready to rumble.
