[RESOLVED] Can't change avatar

Like it says in the title; when I try to use the "Edit avatar" function, no option is available allowing me to upload an image from my computer to use as an avatar.

There was a minor permissions bug I had forgotten to check for when we changed servers last week - I've fixed the issue now and people should be able to upload new avatars now.
