RIP David Hunt

David Hunt has died this week aged 55. Perhaps best known as the younger brother of James Hunt, he was also the man who acquired the Team Lotus name in 1994 and had a brief career in junior series in the 1980s.

What a shame, 55 is no age at all. Poor bugger. My thoughts are with his family.

Awful news, RIP. Appropriate I've just been in the "what if" thread as I've always wondered what would have happened had he succeeded in his efforts to keep the original Lotus team going.
