Former Minardi driver, and founder and current president of Campos, Adrian Campos, has sadly left us at the ripe age of 60 years old.
It's a truly sad day for not only spanish motorsport, but to the whole motorsport community. A man who gave so much to the sport, both inside and outside it. May he rest in peace.
For us: Adrian Campos had 21 entries in F1 across 2 seasons (1987 and 1988) for Minardi. He had 17 starts during his career, and achieved a best finish of 14th place. We won't forget him.

Sad news to read first thing in the morning. The man who brought us Hispania in the end - he's a hero for that alone. RIP

RIP Senor Campos.

Truly sad news. I really admire anyone who can drive fast, and anyone with the drive to run a racing team . And he did both, and so much more.
I started supporting Emmo in 1976 (3 points )....missed 75, 74, 73, 72...
