1. Mick Schumacher. A third of the way to unrejectification and easily the top Haas driver this week, who'd have thought this was possible after Monaco?

2. Roberto Merhi. Four years out of F2, plucked from obscurity to play super-sub for one weekend and manages to finish 2nd (on the road). Great effort son, you're making your inevitable GPR Driver Profile that much richer.

1- Mick Schumacher- 6th place. Did really well overall in the weekend and had the beating of k-mag as well. Bonus points for finally showing traits of Michael after the sprint race.

2- More tricky this one- going to say Mclaren just because they looked really poor all weekend and yet they got a double points finish.

1. Mick Schumacher: 1/3rd to unrejectification, outperformed his teammate, scored points for the second race in succession: hard to fault really
2. Charles Leclerc: somehow won the race in a car with a sticking throttle and which wouldn't downshift (essentially, winning despite Ferrari, something he's not previously been capable of)

Haas: solid double points finish and a weekend without the usual shambles that seems to follow them around

1) Mick Schumacher: Moved a step away from unrejectification, which is a massive step up from his underwhelming performances throughout most of the rest of the season (and last year).

2) Esteban Ocon: Quietly worked himself up to fifth place.

Haas: They’ve always gone well around Austria and did so once again. Mick a 1/3 towards unrejectification and K-Mag up there too.

Roberto Mehri: A super sub performance that another Roberto we all know and love would have been proud of.

HM: McLaren: Purely for salvaging a good result after a dire Friday qualifying.

Am somewhat torn between just nominating Mick, or the entire Haas team - Mick had a very creditable race, and one that backs up a solid performance in Silverstone, which is rather timely given there had been some whispers of dissatisfaction at Haas with his performance. That said, Magnussen also put in a decent performance to score points as well, which is promising given Haas haven't introduced any major upgrades yet.

Ocon does deserve a mention too - whilst this was potentially going to be a better track for Alpine, which seems to prefer circuits with longer straights, he still managed to quietly work his way up into 5th and secured a decent number of points for the team that now means the team are tied with McLaren in the WCC. Not necessarily the flashiest performance, but more a quietly solid performance.

1. Mick Schumacher - taking a first small step into the direction of unrejectification, looked like a proper F1 driver for 2 weeks in a row now.
2. Charles Leclerc - Very commanding win in the end, nursing home his car.

Mick Schumacher: Seems he really got the monkey off his back with his first points. From one of the most disappointing drivers early in the season to scoring one of Haas' best results, fighting both Hamilton and Magnussen on the way.

Honorable mention to the whole Haas team, 12 points (plus two more in the sprint) is pretty much the maximum they can ask for.

Can't really think of a 2nd vote TBH, maybe Haas as a whole as Magnussen was just behind making it their best 2-car result in quite some time.

Yes yes yes I know that I'm going against my own strict rules of keeping it within F1. However, Roberto Merhi is an F1 Reject who just jumped into an F2 at the age of 31, after being out for four years since his last gig, and embarrassed the entire F2 field by still putting the car on the podium even with a penalty. I'd say it's worth a nomination at least
