Rejectbots - GPR's own robot combat series

Welcome everyone, to Rejectbots!
Rejectbots is GPR's very own robot combat series, simulated using good ol' Grand Prix 2 Robot Arena 2.
To participate in this series, you need:
1. Robot Arena 2 v1.4 - this is an unofficial, lightly-modded patch of classic RA2. A Google search should send you in the right direction.
2. A middleweight robot - in RA2, these weigh between 249-399kg. That is way heavier than IRL middleweight (~50kg) and even heavyweight standards (~100kg), but let's just gloss over that shall we. Keep in mind we're only using components found in RA2 v1.4 by default. There are several starter machines in the game that I'll allow you to use as a base.
3. A bot you built yourself - Sure, it's very tempting to lazily enter something an RA2 expert posted on gametechmods' Bot Exchange, but this tournament is about you and your robot. Not some guy who was last active in 2013's robot. I don't want to bring GPR into disrepute over a silly little robot from GTM that we may not have had permission to use in a tournament.
Only exceptions to the "build it yourself" rule are basing your competitor off of RA2's stock starter bots, since RA2 players have full permission to use those however they please.
Replicas of other machines are allowed, as long as you yourself made the replica.
Once you have those three, I'll take it from there. DM me your robot and they will be AI'd so they can fight each other. The fights will be edited into a video with presentation resembling a BattleBots/Robot Wars episode, which will be streamed on the GPR Discord's VC and later posted to YouTube.
The format of the tournament itself will be determined based on the amount of entrants.
