Re: New championship system introduced for 2019
If the weekend structure really needs to be changed then why not make everyday count for something. As a suggestion: FP1 remains as is, 1.5 hour practice session with unlimited lapping FP2 reduced to one hour. 10 full laps per car (not counting in or out laps), final classification sets up grid Satu...

1- Renault pit stop schnanigans: perfect ROTR fodder 2- Lance Stroll: Unless I missed an explanation why it appears he made three tyre changes where everyone else made one for no apparent reason. Needs to pull his socks up next year. DM: Yas Marina Circuit: when the world champion tells the millions...

Re: Get Ready for... The ChiltonCraze!
Talent nurtured his damaged car after hitting Kimi's car. He still has his excellent finishing streak! It actually goes a lot further than that. Max was in fact the strategic brains behind the Marussia points finish. Bianchi finished 9th having had his penalty and had two other drivers finished ahe...

Re: Reject of the Race: Monza, Italy 2012
I can't really argue with the general consensus and say the whole Red Bull operation. Though Ted Kravitz has said that Vergne's retirement wasn't a car issue and he just threw it off the road on his own. If that's true he may take the shame away from his paymasters. Spinning in a straight line at th...

Re: Young driver test to move to Silverstone?
So it looks like this test is going ahead after all . Who's going? What time does it start? Do tickets have to be bought? Can they be bought on the gate? Just checked the Silverstone website and it looks like the circuit is closed to the public for the duration of the test. There's not even any men...

Re: How do you solve a problem like Pastor?
Frank Williams and the whole team need to have a chat with Pastor to make him see he's being too agressive and that is making his image as a F1 driver suffer through the paddock. He has the speed, but he needs to learn how to tame it. This is a job for his team. This is Williams we're talking about...

Generally speaking if you have to apologize to your team for hospitalizing some of them, you've guaranteed yourself reject of the race. It has to be Kobayashi.

1) Perez
2) Grosjean
As others have said it's an easy choice. Perez shades it on places gained.
