Wanna see reject cars in GT5?

Hi, everybody.

I don't know if you have ever read about it, but recently Sony has announced that they will release an expansion pack for Gran Turismo 5 featuring new tracks and cars. Some people have observed that many of the cars and tracks that will be present on this pack were actually voted on a poll on GT Planet forum. Therefore, it's likely that Sony is seeking for what people want. And voting on what cars and tracks would you like to have in GT5 would help them.

I'm not making any publicity about this forum as I discovered it today. But I would suggest you to vote in some reject cars to appear in GT5. I don't know if it would really work, but imagine if we could choose a Rial or Super Aguri car in GT5. That would be nice.

If you don't find the car or track you want, it's possible to create a new option. I, for instance, created options for Enna-Pergusa track (http://feedback.gtplanet.net/forums/993 ... ?ref=title) and 1989 Onyx ORE-1 (http://feedback.gtplanet.net/forums/993 ... ?ref=title). Would love to see a Moneytron car in GT5.

Get Grand Prix Legends or NR2003, then. GPL has the track which has been converted for use in NR2003. I've played it in NR2003 myself.

That's an insane track! Has a lot of blind corners. so you can't push to hard unless you have good memory skills.

Are there any games where the Manx TT course comes pre-loaded on a disc, rather than having to download it from the internet? I tend not to be too competant at getting things like that to work with satisfaction...

Those graphics are pretty spot-on - I've driven it in real life and it is very recognisably the same! But some exceedingly suicidal moves in that clip... AND he only completed about 1 mile or so of the 37.73 miles of the track...

I wish I had suggested Special Stage Route 11.

Anyone remember that beast of a course in GT1 and GT3. I prefered the GT1 layout when the track goes under the main straight.

1. When are the results announced?
2. When do they tell us which will be in the expansion pack?
3. Will the expansion pack be a disc release or download only?

1. Whenever the next DLC pack is released (don't get your hopes up, the first DLC pack included a bunch of fictional racing models based on cars already in the game, including more Skylines and a Prius - exactly what everyone wanted added to the game [/sarcasm])
2. A few days/weeks before it is released - Kazunori will probably tweet it.
3. Download only - the actual content comes with a patch, you pay to unlock it (at least in the case of the first DLC).

So could you post on here when that will be when it comes about? I have only played it a few times and still getting used to it all!

Sorry (I think) for bringing this back from the dead, but how many of the voted-for cars and tracks have been released? Was the Manx TT track made available? Can I download it?
