Micko Glotch is currently racing with Aston Martin in F2RWRS so should have a superlicence before 2015.

It'll probably be a good idea for you or someone else to keep this list updated, just so we know who we can/cannot sign from the feeder series.

Simpson unveils 2015 plans - including F1RWRS team.
Image
If all goes to plan, the Gulf liveried car you see in the picture above will be lining up on the F1RWRS grid in 2015, according to current Prospec driver Dave Simpson. "Despite the fact we're not doing that well in F2RWRS at the moment, I felt that 2015 would be the best season for Simpson Motorsports to join the F1RWRS grid. I honestly think we can shock a lot of people with our pace in 2015, much like MRT have done this year" an enthusiastic Simpson was quoted as saying at a press conference this week. Simpson expects this weekend's race in Brazil to be his last with the UK based Prospec team, as he is likely to be replaced with a pay driver.
This is a cool spot.

Will you be using that livery in the F2RWRS as well or sticking with the current one until next season?

Pemberton Prospec Racing press release wrote:We are disappointed and upset that despite having both of our drivers finish in the top 10 last week we are going to be forced to pre-qualify next week. It seems unfair to us that such a penalty can be applied on the basis of qualifying pace alone, however on the basis that we cannot afford to run the gauntlet of pre-qualifying on a regular basis we shall be spending 3 quarters of our remaining credits (which I believe amounts to 60 out of 80) on Gary Cameron's qualifying performance.

Additionally, in view of Dave Simpson's future plans and his willingness to make way for a pay driver to help support the team financially, we can confirm that the Brazilian Grand Prix will be Dave's last with the team. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dave for his work with the team over an extended period of time, and to wish him every success in his efforts with his own team. We hope that Pemberton Prospec Racing can continue to enjoy good relations with Dave into the future.

The identity of Dave's replacement is not yet known, and any interested parties are advised to contact the team as soon as possible. The new driver will be a pay driver, and experience in either F2RWRS or F3RWRS would be preferred, but is not essential.

2015 NEW ENTRIES PRIORITY LIST:

I´ve decided to set this up so there´s no confusion about this. New entries for 2015 (shall entries become available) will be given in strict order of registration. Shall an entry become available, it will be offered to the first person in the list, then if that person doesn´t answer, it will be offered to the second and so on. B teams won't be allowed as long as there's new people coming in. For now:

1. DanielPT
2. Kostas22
3. MinardiFan95
4. Eurobrun
5. This

I think this race review will be slightly shorter, given that many of you already read the race commentary and will be more based on telling overall what happened rather than going lap by lap as usual.
I had fun doing it and it was exciting to see some of you connected as I did the commentary so will repeat the experience.

After Prospec has confirmed that Dave Simpson will not be in the cockpit for the Mexican Grand Prix, rumours about his replacement have run very low, considering that there is only little time left before the new driver must be entered for the Grand Prix weekend.

However, a new face has appeared as far as contention for the seat goes: Du Lei. The young Chinese driver, who is currently driving in F2RWRS, may be on the jump to the big leauges. Her manager and F1RWRS star Kay Lon supposedly is lobbying with Prospec staff - which he is working together with in their F3RWRS enterprise - to hire Lei, who is rumored to bring money from both minor Chinese sponsors and the Best In The World™ brand.

Currently, neither side was available for a comment, although an insider says that Lei is only considered an "emergency option".

If Lei were to jump to the F1RWRS, she'll be unavailable for the F1RWRS United States and French Grand Prixs as she'ld already have done the F2RWRS races on those weekends.

Besides, I honestly didn't believe that F2RWRS drivers would be promoted to the F1RWRS so quickly, especially with a big surprise I'm planning concerning F2RWRS drivers

By the way, if F3RWRS consists of more than one race per weekend (which is fine) then the Super License rule shouldn't apply the way it's applied to f2RWRS drivers, but a "race winner" will be considered a driver to be the best over the course of a whole weekend

Are drivers from the F3 series sill allowed to compete in the F1 series this year? Even if they don't have a superlicence yet? I'm thinking about Neuberg being eligible.

Which is why you don't rush ahead, otherwise it gets all confusing.

As long as you, me and Aerond have an inkling of an idea what's going on, then it's fine

Besides, I honestly didn't believe that F2RWRS drivers would be promoted to the F1RWRS so quickly, especially with a big surprise I'm planning concerning F2RWRS drivers

That's why one should never "think", because that situation makes little sense. How does it look with F3RWRS in that regard, would trying to enter one of my F3RWRS drivers bring us any space-time continuum problems?

It wouldn't break the space-time continuum but it would give you an even bigger headache as said driver wouldn't be able to to return to the F3RWRS
