On these conditions:
A) That Eugene Martin gets a drive for the season (Indianapolis excluded), as he already had a contract for 1951
B) That an Aston Martin V10 shall be developed and used to power the team
C) That Jaguar is to develop the chassis (or the car if the said term hasn't been invented yet)

Well that seemed to have worked I suppose... expect a lot of privateers in Indy

The short answer is no. He's already entered with the Alfa works team for next year.

The Italian will be partnered by an as of yet un-named American driver in an aim to boost sales of the Ferrari America series. The Kurtis Kraft 01 chassis used for the 1950 season will be in operation at the Indianapolis 500, where like last year we offer 4 customer cars, Ecurie Australia having priority thanks to their custom last year.
I have a few questions, first how exactly will the constructors championship work? Will it be the top driver in a race scoring points? or all drivers in a team that are in point scoring positions? and does running different engine configurations count as separate team entries?
With the calendar as it is it seems impossible to compete in both the Monaco Gp and the Indy 500, I am completely fine with this.Ferrari America Release drivers!
Hans von Stuck has been released from the team, but we would like to thank him for his development work!
Joie Chitwood Will no longer be driving in Europe, However he will hopefully drive the Kurtis Kraft Offenhauser at the Indy 500 along with Test driver Jimmy Jackson.

Gioacchino Colombo, team principal of Alfa Romeo SpA wrote:To close the 1950 season I would like to congratulate Giuseppe Farina in winning the first World Drivers Championship. He was been outstanding in every aspect and represents the very own Alfa Romeo philosophy: Passion, speed and style. To these three we are already adding motorsport pedigree thanks to Nino. We partied hard as one can only do, but now are totally focused for 1951 season. Alfa Romeo wants to be the first team to win the newly created World Constructors Championship while defending Farina's championship. We have assigned Giuseppe Busso to be in charge of our motorsport engine department which will develop our current engine and build a new one once new engine rules are announced. To take my place as chief engineer, position I've kept until now, Alfa as chosen Giovanni Michelotti who gladly agreed to come and improve our Formula 1 effort. Finally for the aerodynamic division we are proud to announce Giuseppe Gabrielli who designed the Fiat G.55 which was one of the best fighters in the war. With this restructure Alfa confirms it is in F1 for the long term. Once again I will thank Nino, Juan, Maurice, Myron, Mauri, Paul and all the team mechanics and staff that put together this amazing effort which ended in glory for us. We also thank our fans for their support. Without all of them nothing would be possible! My sincere thank you!
