F1 Rejects: The Game
*This thread is inspired by Klon's "F1 Legends: The Game" thread
Imagine this: in the fictional world where F1 Legends: The Game exists, the aforementioned game is a massive hit with fans, and is so successful that the developers are going to make a sequel. However, they think that they have already used most of the great F1 scenarios, so rather bizarrely, they decide to make the exact opposite to F1 Legends: The Game, F1 Rejects: The Game.
F1 Rejects: The Game - Game modes
Team manager: As the manager of a new team in F1, your goal should be to score points and eventually win races. However, as this is F1 Rejects: The Game, your main goal is to survive the season, with dodgy, crash prone Pay-drivers, sponsors that occasionally don't pay and possibly the fact you don't actually have an official F1 entry.
Career mode: As a pay-driver you've crashed your way through the ranks with your money. Now you decide to join F1. If you don't have the driving skills to attract media attention, you could just crash or ignore the blue flags to give your sponsors some TV exposure - remember any publicity is good publicity. On the rare occasion you are at a press conference, make up random excuses as for why you were 7 laps down on the race leaders at the end of the GP.
Scenario mode: The main game mode for F1 Rejects: The Game. Relive some of the greatest reject moments playing as Deletraz, Inoue, McCarthy and many more! Scenarios include:
- 1995 European GP: Playing as Jean Denis Deletraz, swerve in front of the lead drivers as you prove what Deletraz was doing
- 1995 Hungarian GP: Playing as Taki Inoue, avoid being hit by the marshals Tatra as you observe the damage to your Footwork-Arrows
- 2007 European GP: Playing as Markus Winkelhock, try to stay in the lead of the race as long as possible before the inevitable engine failure.
- 1992 British GP: Playing as Perry McCarthy, attempt to pre-qualify by using wet tyres in the dry.
Feel free to suggest your own scenarios and game modes for this (sadly fictional) game.

This is a cool spot.
Re: F1 Rejects: The Game
2010 Bahrain GP Karun Chandhok vs the Bump You are making your grand prix début in a car that was only ready 5 minutes before qualifying, you step up to race with no experience and the formidable bump awaits you, can you survive?
2010 Suzuka GP, Lucas di Grassi vs the Scouter lap Your grand prix career seems to be heading towards an untimely end, you have very few races to impress your crew, all you need to do is make it to the grid, seems simple enough....
2009 Spa and Valencia GPs, Luca Badoer Yes you have finally realised your dreams to become a Ferrari driver, unfortunately the car your driving is a bit of a pig and your team mate is a former world champion and you yourself are hardly at your prime, just don't qualify last!
2011 Monza, Vitantonio Liuzzi You have been tasked with achieving HRT's highest ever position on the road, achieve this by any means.
BONUS GAME,1995 Nigel Mansell vs the McLaren car seat. You feel you can take on the world, sure you may not been in tip top physical condition but your trip in the US can't have led to too many problems right?

1992 South African GP: as Giovanna Amati, qualify for the race despite very little experience with the car. Platinum Challenge: score a point as a female driver for the first time in 17 years.

"The Life, it looked very lifeless yet again... in fact Bruno did one, slow lap"

Re: F1 Rejects: The Game
2011 Hungarian: Try to emulate D'Ambrosio's heroic spin. The closest you get to the real thing, the more points you'll achieve.
1999 European: You are Badoer's race engineer. Try to give him the correct instructions to preserve his gearbox -while staying up there in the points! A tough challenge that will most likely end up with Luca crying anyway.
The Australian Nightmare: here you can choose between the 1997 Lola and the 2011 HRT. Your goal is to qualify. It's probably the hardest scenario in the game.
1992 Belgian: How long can you last driving McCarthy's car? Points for reaching Eau Rouge. Bonus for clearing it. Extra if you get to the end of the Les Combes straight (no betatester was able to do so).

1992: You are Perry McCarthy. Win the favour of your team boss by finding £2,000,000 of sponsorship.
2003 British GP: As Rubens Barrichello, win the GP without the need of a track invader.
2000 German GP: As Rubens Barrichello, win the GP without the need of a track invader or changeable weather.

2011 - Attempt to beat Vettel. Alternate scenario: Attempt to get the Bahrain Grand Prix going again.
2010 - Race as USF1 or Stefan and qualify in all the races, and attempt to score points. Alternate scenario: Race as Team Lotus (the new ones), HRT or Virgin Racing and score points. Alternate alternate scenario: Any of the lower teams in 2011. Without DRS.
1994 Australian Grand Prix - Race as Damon Hill. Whatever happens, don't let Schumacher crash into you! Alternate scenario: Win the race with a broken wishbone after Schumachers' crash. (OK, so it's not a reject scenario, but a rejectful crash)

) and Ernesto Tuero (
) did and manage to get going again.

1992 Monaco Grand Prix: You are Perry McCarthy. Moreno dragged the other car onto the grid. Can you do the same?

1990: You have the "honor" of driving for Life. However a tortoise can walk faster. Your goal is to achieve anything but last in pre-qualifying. If you actually pre-qualify you'll score 100,000 points.
