Yet another team has confirmed that it will compete the F1RMGP Endurance Challenge. Pac Racing Team, a Japanese racing team with moderate success in various racing categories, has decided to enter the series, using the Nissan GT-R. "We have a good expectations for this endurance challenge", said Shinji Yazaki, team principal.

[publicocrap and interview]

For this race, the team has snapped various drivers from various series. They will be Hiroto Tojo (Japanese), which this year drove for Takagi Racing Enterprises in the revived Rejects of LFS, in which he secured at least 2 sprint podiums; Steven Mackintosh (British), fresh from his experinces from Mitie Aviation Racing and Mecha Grand Prix F1RWRS teams; and Timo Glock (German), a F1 driver with varying degree of success in Jordan, Toyota and Marussia (nee Virgin).

The details are here:

Slot used: N5
Power-reliabilty ratio: 80/40
Car number: 15
Driver data:

Tojo: S62, C58 = 120
Mackintosh: S48, C66 = 114
Glock: S50, C42 = 92

Total: 326/420 :)

I want to take the N6 garage.

Team Sunshine Infiniti, #33.

Drivers:
Shinobu Katayama - 45 Skill and 55 Consistency = 90
Kay Lon - 55 Skill and 45 Consistency = 100
Fabrizio Barbazza = 105

And 10 extra reliability points for the car (100+10=110)

It should make 405

EDIT: Damn, forgot to check on the second page... Inscription updated.

As entries for the 2014 24 Hour V8 Bathurst are underway, certainly the most bizarre has to be that of Team James Davies, which consists of 3 James Davies' from different times and realities. I managed to get a word with the 1995 edition, who seems to have appointed himself leader of the trio.

Ida Prefferedadifferentname: Thanks for agreeing to talk to me, James.
1995 James Davies: No trouble. Always willing to express myself to the media.
IP: So, how did all this start? Was it your idea, and if so, how did you become aware of this race?
JD95: Well, it's kind of an odd story. See, there I was in Woking, just helping the team out as I do, and I go over to my desk and there's an entry form. For this race. At first I thought it was a joke, but then I thought about it, and I thought to myself, who would I trust to drive the car other than myself? I can't let me be dragged down by an inferior co-driver! So I decided to time-travel, grab another me from another time, and then get 2014 me and make the best team of all-time.
IP: Time travel? Isn't that supposed to be impossible?
JD95: Yes, but I bumped into a couple of guys who said their phone booth could time travel. They really liked to air guitar, cool guys. Anyway, I persuaded them to let me borrow it to enact my plan.
IP: But it's merged with a DeLorean now!? How the hell did that happen?
JD95: Not sure. Um, I recall Douglas (Mann) saying once he had a DeLorean that could travel through time. I didn't want him to have a better time machine than me, so I decided to combine the phone booth with a DeLorean I found. Somewhere.
IP: How did you combine them?
JD95: Not a damn clue. I was pretty smashed by then. All I know is I used a sledgehammer for... something. When I came to, it looked like it does now. So I hopped in and took off.

And there I was, assuming the phone booth being referred to was a 1960s' blue police call box, often occupied by a man calling himself a doctor...

And Douglas Mann hopes that Davies's DeLorean was not stolen from Martin McFry...

No, I found it as I was driving past a field, abandoned with the door open and keys in the ignition, with footprints indicating somebody very quickly running away from it. Their loss.

Speaking of a police call box, though, I did see one of those back in 1995, and went to have a look inside - I've never been in one before, but then a man who called John Smith stopped me and told me it was out of service. Then he asked me to leave while he fixed it or something. Very odd.

- an intention to fill a particular garage (e.g. "H3")
H7

- a team name, which does not necessarily have to be one from any existing series, but it can be
Gillet Ecurie Nationale Belge (you don't change an almost-winning team)

- a car number (from 1 to 40, of those that are not already taken)
25

- the car is determined by what garage the team slots in (i.e. a Holden in garage H3), but any tweaking of the car's stats (P/R ±20, or a qualifying adjustment) should be given
Holden: P+10/R+10

- three drivers, along with their stats - whether they're F1RMGP drivers with tweaked stats (S/C ±10) or drivers from other series, in which case the stats should be given from scratch
Thomas De Bock (5-time race winner in the F1RWRS, once leader of the series in 2014) - S-40/C-60
Aurelien Moll (3-time race winner in the F1RWRS, runner-up in 2013) - S-60/C-40
Laurent Seron (2-time race winner in REECCS, 5th in 2011) - S-50/C-20

120+100+100+70=390

You forgot to add in the 120 points for the car! Hence, your total is 446 and you're overdrawn! Better drop 26 points somewhere before someone else bags garage N5...

It doesn't! Shinobu Katayama has 100 points, hence your total is 415 and you're ten points overdrawn! Fix this before someone else bags garage N6!

Excellent submission, young Thomas! You're accepted.

Now, I'm sure nobody is quite so sly as to jump on garages N5, H6, F6 and N6 while MinardiFan95, FMecha, TMLW and DanielPT sort their stats out, but a warning to these four... it is within the rules for others to do so until it's all fixed! (TMLW - I know you said "take it all off Nick Percat", but which statistic am I reducing, or is it both? You're 15 points too high as it stands.)

Meanwhile, I am now offline until tomorrow evening - maybe, in 24 hours, the grid will be almost full.

THE QUALIFYING FORMAT...

There will be three qualifying sessions, each one an hour long, with each of the drivers taking turns to drive. The grid will be decided by the fastest time for each team, and as I've said, there will be no DNQs - it's a one off, so everyone will be involved. Hopefully, there will be no embarrassing early crashes, will there, Mr Mansell?

considering the limited amount of entries, if you run out of spots, i'm willing to let someone else run the Scuderia Minardivas-car. But only if you run out of spots.

West Cliff Racing doesn't stand a chance. In fact, the dear leader Kim-Jong-Il - who recently ressurected from the dead (way more impressive than time-traveling) - has looked at the Trabant once.

We have a time machine. In the form of a car. We can not only ensure that he never saw that Trabant ever, but that he saw the DeLorean twice and even got to sit in it once....

Ben Fleet hopes that this to be the case. He won't want to drive for a team in F1RWRS in 2015 if they can't beat an Eastern European rustbucket with a bona fide Aussie V8 Supercar...

Why hasn't anyone put Ben Fleet in a car yet? Trundling around in that Pacific in the first F1RGP2C season is perfect preparation for a stint in one of the Reject Garages™ here. And what about Giovanni Roda? I was hoping to see him get a drive, if only to see how badly he'd do.

I'm here, and I must say that This needs to get off those strong hallucinogenic drugs. I hear Unicum mixed with Mountain Dew has much the same effect, and for a much lower price, not to mention that it's legal. If you have no Unicum, ask HWNSNBM and see if he'll bring some from his castle just outside Kecskemét.

And so - with those four "overdrawn" teams having put their affairs in order, there are still five garages left - Ford garages F7 and F8, Nissan garages N7 and N8, and Holden garage H8. Who's going to join in the fun in the Reject Garages™ and take on tommykl's Gillet Ecurie Nationale Belge for the honour of leading the charge from the final two "proper" rows? And, will the DeLorean in garage X9, with two very handy drivers, pull a surprise on them all? Let's have a bit of reject spirit in this race!

This - you probably have no need to be concerned about handing over Scuderia Minardivas, because they were guaranteed an entry from the inception of the race, and I'll say that if there are still free slots by the end of April 18th, then I will open up the remaining grids for those running a car already to be the Norberto Fontana in comparison to the head of the grid's Michael Schumacher.

As it stands, a 21-car grid is absolutely viable, but I still hope for all 26 slots to be filled.

If there are still entries after the 18th, MRT will consider entering a second car for Bathurst.

I too would be prepared to have a second team, if only to ensure Ben Fleet a drive (plus Pippa Mann).

If there is a garage free by the 18th then Scuderia Alitalia may also run a car under the Trueba banner, with Giovanni Roda as lead driver :)

If I can have a second entry:

Garage: H8
Team Name: Team Brock
Number: 05
Standard Holden again.
Drivers:
Peter Brock (we'll need the hologram here): S/C 60/65 (125)
Warren Luff: S/C 50/25 (75)
Paul Dumbrell: S/C 50/25 (75)

100+125+75+75 = 325

Yes, this is an excuse to have the greatest driver of all time return to the Mountain. With two drivers who are, well, crap. And I'm fairly certain I have the numbers right this time

Sod you. Entries don't open until Wednesday, and when that day comes, I plan to be the first with this:

- an intention to fill a particular garage (e.g. "H3")
H8

- a team name, which does not necessarily have to be one from any existing series, but it can be
Foxdale Auto Racing Team

- a car number (from 1 to 40, of those that are not already taken)
20

- the car is determined by what garage the team slots in (i.e. a Holden in garage H3), but any tweaking of the car's stats (P/R ±20, or a qualifying adjustment) should be given
Holden - 50, 50 (100)

- three drivers, along with their stats - whether they're F1RMGP drivers with tweaked stats (S/C ±10) or drivers from other series, in which case the stats should be given from scratch
Susie Wolff 57, 48 (105)
Pippa Mann 55, 32 (87)
Ben Fleet 40, 43 (83)

- an acknowledgement that the total points of the team has not exceeded the maximum for that garage (i.e. put the total in).
100 + 105 + 87 + 83 = 375

Sod it, this isn't worth the effort battling multiple people for a car, I'll take one of the Nissans instead.
