LOL Button going to get lapped
Re: 2012 Canadian Grand Prix Discussion Thread
Another slow pitstop from McLaren. Will that cost Hamilton the race I wonder?

Perhaps Mr.Hamilton's wheels and airguns are magnetically similar so as soon as they come near they repel each other, delaying the changing of the wheel...

That is the real Button, ponder instead what type of doppelgänger replaced him in early 2009. Thankfully this year starts to expose again what people knew before 2008: that Jenson Button is nothing but a midfielder with questionable talents.
If you'd told my 10 years old self that I'd someday pity Schumacher for all the troubles he's having, he would have laughed. Seriously, there is bad luck and then there is this.
I totally agree. I remeber being frustrated whenever Schumacher won a race back in the early Noughties, and now I seem to have a fonness for him. It is terrible bad luck that has plagued him this year. I saw an interesting article somewhere that said that aside from mechanical problems, Schumacher would be leading the World Championship. Poor Schuey. The only thing I can relate it to is Jordan in 2000; Heinz-Harold Frentzen was on for good results on numerous occasiions, but to be let down by his engine.

Every year in Canada, we get repeated shots of Lewis's bint. Except for last year of course, as Lewis wasn't around long enough for that!

I have some suggestions:
The real Button...
...is made to think he is a chicken due to a bad hypnotist.
...is knocked unconscious by Barney at Moe's Tavern in an argument over the greatest British prime minister of all time (Pitt the Elder or Lord Palmerston)
...overdoses on nerve tonic, resulting in an extreme case of Sotos syndrome (cerebral gigantism).
...is arrested by the incompetent police force because they assume he is guilty of every unsolved crime that took place in New York City and faces six consecutive life sentences.
...disappears in the "Melbourne Mystery Spot," which is apparently a portal to another dimension.
...is distracted by rescuing a woman and her possessions from a house fire.
...is kicked off the team by Martin Whitmarsh for refusing to shave his non-existent sideburns.
...is hospitalized due to radiation poisoning from working in the plant.
i'd say number 5, the melbourne mystery spot....

Button has pitted again.

Hear hear. Rather like in 2008, when after every single bit of on-track action we had to, withut fail, listen to Ted Kravitz talk to Lewis Hamilton's dad.

We are down to a bit less than 10 seconds now. Hamilton is on fire and if Vettel and Alonso try to go to the end, it's gonna be a great finish.

Massa's tyres have died, by the looks of things.

Re: 2012 Canadian Grand Prix Discussion Thread
No idea what Ferrari were doing with Massa, it was obvious for ages that his tyres were going over the cliff. Maybe he's just a guinea pig for Alonso.

Re: 2012 Canadian Grand Prix Discussion Thread
Vettel and Alonso have screwed up big time. Hamilton is gonna catch them soon, and if they pit, GRRSSJJJNN will get past both of them.

Schumi must have broken a mirror before the season started. Every race I hope his luck will change, and it just gets worse. I thought it was impossible for a DRS flap to stay open?
ROTR is going to be interesting, McLaren Pits? Schumi luck? Massa? Button? Senna?

This is typical. I decide to get Sky F1 and then the first race I see on it is a Lewis win. I'd had a totally shite weekend even before this race started!
Re: 2012 Canadian Grand Prix Discussion Thread
Vettel, you tease...
7 races, 7 winners.
Lewis, I love you buddy.
