Kinda self explanotary title really. Basically, it uses the good old 10-6-4-3-2-1 points system for 2003 onwards.

I don't know, but championship standings looks definitely more clear with this system.
Lotus & Kimi are the last with possibility to fight after the title (now)... but the car must be able to win races.
