How will we be signing drivers for 1990?
I'm asking this because currently Oreca will not have neither Belmondo (I promoted him to AGS), nor Pirro (I will get 250K $ for him).
I am thinking about signing van de Poele (AGS-Oreca seat-swapping here), and how about Rickard Rydell for the second seat?

1990 DRIVERS CONTRACTING

Okay, now we will start hiring drivers for the upcoming season... we will try a little bit different system than in F1... you can mention the driver you want to have (including a salary, no pay drivers, but driving for free is possible)... if your offer stays the highest for 24 hours, the driver will sign your contract, if he gets a better offer, new 24 hours starts... higher offers should always be at least 20% higher than the old one (so giving 1$ more dont effects anything) ... and drivers (so me) can always say "no" to an offer (for example if you offer - lets say - keke rosberg a contract)

Oreca's plans for 1990:

For the first seat, Oreca would like to offer Eric van de Poele a chance. He doesn't really need money, so a free drive is a possibility for him. This would mean a direct swap between Belmondo and vdP technically.
Oreca would like to sign Rickard Rydell for 200.000$ for the second seat.

If any of the above drivers can't join the team, Oreca would like to offer 250.000 for Heinz-Harald Frentzen.

Apomatox will give Apicella the chance to stay; we'll offer him $220,000.

To replace the underwhelming Gounon, we'd like to sign 22-year-old Frenchman Olivier Panis for $125,000.

Fair enough. We'll offer both Gary Brabham and Alex Zanardi salaries of $100 000 each to stay at March for 1990.

And since we're effectively going for broke, I'd like 2 mega aero, 2 mega reliability and 2 mega grip packages.
