Up from now! ... you can start developing your 1990-Car ... Simply put percentages on the different car-factors you want to develop... it costs no money... you can put percentages on Grip, Aerodynamics and Reliability ... for example : 34% on grip, 33% on aero and 33% on reliability... its up to you! THIS WILL COST NO MONEY!

Williams will focus 55% on aero, 35% on grip, and 10% on reliability. EDIT: Does designing a new car take into account the existing 1989 car in any way?

Right, I'm going to be risky here: 65% aero, 30% grip, 5% reliability. This can either go really really really well, or BAR-1999 badly.
