Actually, now that we're flush with cash, can we turn the small reliability upgrade to a medium one and trial the Matra engine for Van Lennep?

Hesketh would like a large grip upgrade.

We would also like to fire the underperforming Guy Edwards and replace him with Patrick Tambay who is currently racing in F2 with Elf Martini.

small grip and speed updates for Kojima BRM next race.

It's all the fault of those damn 3-car teams, if else we'd qualify easily for every race. Well it seems i'm battling with Hesketh, Fittipaldi and Boro. I might have an unfair advantage by merging two teams, but i'm voluntarily running the hopeless BRM-engines, which compensates a lot.

Why do we have three car teams? In 1976 they were generally one offs, with Ferrari and Brabham having two one offs to have a three car team. March were the only team to run four cars but with different sponsors....

I guess this is an alternate version, and there was no 'cap' enforced at three car teams, and not all teams might field a third car (Tyrrell, for example, might only field the extra car for Heyer in Austria and one in the North American races, proabely for Stommelen or Ongais, still don't know)

I'm going to keep the current rules for 1976, but from 1977 onwards the number of races for the third car will be limited to 3 races per Team and Season.
