btcc 2006 and onwards alternate championship

We have seen millions and millions of these for formula1, but never for BTCC(British Touring car championship) so we will start with the 2006 season. Vaxuall and the SEAT works teams have been kicked out , as well as Team RAC and team Halfords. Here are the points after brands hatch.

1. Jason Hughes 32
2. James Kaye 27
3. David Pinkney 27
4. Fiona Leggate 18
5. Mike Jordan 15
6. Martin Bell 8
7. Mark Smith 6

Brands Hatch: Jordan, Kaye, Pinkney

Pinkney was alright, to be fair - nothing special, but he's not as awful as Andy Neate or Chris James.

Didn't expect this either but I think Pinkney had better reliability than Jordan and Kaye from what I remember.

2006 and to a lesser extent 2007 were his only good seasons, his 2009 with Dynamics on the other hand was downright awful.

He was alright for BMW in the nineties, but again, nothing special. Considering it was the golden age of touring cars he did well to ever score.

Same teams as last year dq'ed( If I left team RAC in it the championship would be completely the same as the independent points were in 2007.

I'd leave them out at least until 2010 after RAC drop their sponsorship. ;)
