Oh, i missed that. In that case, no third car will be entered, unless someone else wants their driver in. It will be car number 112 if that's the case.

I have updated the wiki page with the third drivers and extra team so far. If there are any mistakes then tell me or fix it yourself.

Liveries for the third cars are appreciated, especially for NRE, as it saves me from making them :lol:

Although Nuppiz, if you do make a livery can you use the car-2 template that's in the download? Because one of the in-game teams can't have two liveries per team, so it's better to replace them with what will probably be the only two cars with near identical liveries.

I didn't quite get your meaning about using the "car2" template, but anyway the only thing that will change between the two cars is the number. And you can put it there in Times New Roman for all I care! :lol:

Not that anyone's keeping track anymore as the rule's simply become far too hard to implement. Besides, we'll make exceptions for the Superprixs thanks to Lappy's insane idea that 66 cars on one track at the same time is a good idea :lol:

One of them can drive the third Octan. For the livery, just use the same as the first car. And oh, for the wiki, Octan is Danish. As you all should know Octan is invented by Lego.

It only occurred to me that 60 cars at Monaco might be a tad unrealistic as I started the first race :lol:

Part 1 is complete, I started Part 2 and I'm waiting for Wizzie to give me his livery before I can do Part 3. Depending on my available time in the next few days, it could be a while.

Long story short: If someone is lower than you think they should be, there is a fair chance that they were blocked. I penalised kost of the ones I saw because I'm a bastard like that. Tojo and Kuntz did not set times because they crashed at the chicane, which cost Hannesson when he had to slow down.

Monaco SuperPrix - Race

Considering the race had 60 cars, it was a very, very boring event. So to change it up, I'm going to do a team by team review.

Pemberton Prospec Racing
Gary Cameron will not be a happy person today, with his best placed car the one that can't score points. For Dan Greenlaw, it was a race spent stuck behind Joe Harmsky until he jumped him in the stops, before his transmission failed on lap 27, seeing him classified 52nd. Nathanael Cameron tried to pick it up but an electrical problem not long after his stop saw him drop down to an eventual 29th, and Tonu Pykalisto had a quiet race, somewhat off the pace, finishing 25th. On the plus side, they walked away with two points, as Greenlaw set fastest lap, on the only lap he had clean air.

Repsol Aeroracing Engineering Audi
Again, it was the third driver who did the best, with Gary Pacer driving a quiet race to 15th place, and could have made more if he wasn't stuck behind Matt Grove in his first stint. Raul Souto Maior was an early DNF with suspension problems, while Batistuta had a poor strategy and finished a lap down, in 45th.

Jones Racing
Sammy Jones would have been ripping his hair out by the end. Eric Swerts was in a position to win the race, but for the first 20 laps he was stuck behind Joel Melrose and couldn't take the lead. When the JLD pitted, Swerts stayed out longer and jumped him, but lost out to Ryan Zimmer. He then spent the rest of the race stuck behind him, only for his BMW engine to start leaking oil a mere 2 laps from the end. As for the only other Jones in the race, Dinella was fairly anonymous, coming home 26th.

West Cliff Racing
Four teams had two cars in the points, and West Cliff was one of them, with Davies 4th and Port 8th. Fairly quiet races for the pair, Davies not quite on the pace but a good strategy saw him pressuring Jantscher for a podium. Their third car, driven by Stephanie Brown, was also impressive, finishing 14th, the second best of the one-off cars.

Takagi Racing Enterprises
Simply put, crap. Hiroto Tojo was the best, lapped in 36th, beating Hendra Naufal by about 20 seconds. Tetsuya Takagi didn't even finish, an oil leak putting her out on lap 25, just one short of being classified.

Octan Young Drivers
Not much better than Takagi really. Vergne and Garfunkel were off the pace all race, Vergne the second last placed finisher, while Garfunkel managed 43rd. At least Bainomugisha managed a top 20, he was involved in many incidents at the chicane but was never at fault for any of them.

Porto Wine Motorsport
The good news: Mondlane was on the lead lap. That's really the only upside, as Cabral got stuck behind the Dofascos for most of the race and only finished 40th, while Mondlane was a bit better in 32nd.

Kingfisher Junior
Van der Maeyede was one of the drivers who got beached on the kerb at the chicane, and only managed to take 23rd place. Calvin Brooks in the other car was pathetic, hitting the wall at Rascasse every other lap and generally being a nuisance to everyone around him.

ZombieKart
Shane Walsh was decent if not really spectacular, quietly going about finishing 24th. Richard Hershall was similar, but a loose wheel on the final lap limited him to 34th place. The less said about Zayas, the better.

Peroni Parma Corse
Alessandro Lucarelli came 2 laps short of no-stopping and would have finished in the top 5, but the team decided to play it safe and pit him, dropping him to 22nd. Crescenzi had a quiet race, holding up a few people during the pit phase but managing 18th (and only ahead because Lucarelli had no pace at all on his worn tyres). Hannesson got really unlucky, his qualifying lap ruined and stuck behind Vergne and Kuntz until his gearbox tore itself to shreds on lap 10.

ZimSport-Rosenforth
Blame JLD. ZimSport walked away from Monaco with a 1-2 finish, which would never have come about if Nick Nurmester hadn't created a 45 second gap between the top 4 of Melrose, Swerts, Melville and Zimmer and the remainder of the field, and if Melrose hadn't continued to hold up Swerts he might have stayed ahead. But alas, Ryan Zimmer was one of the first to stop, came out in the clean air and when Melrose and Swerts pitted 6 and 9 laps later, he had jumped from 4th to 1st. Actually, heap more blame on JLD, because if the BMW hadn't blown up, Swerts would have beaten Melville easy. As for Matt Grove in the pink #131, he managed 17th place after a quiet race.

Fusion Motorsports
Marko Jantscher was the performance of the race. While he couldn't quite keep up with the top 4, he got past Nurmester early and thus had the clean air for an extended period of time, so when Melrose and Swerts faultered he was the major beneficiary. Moreira made it two in the points with a solid drive to 10th, but for Jari Lappalainen, his race was done on just lap 2 with an oil leak.

Gulf JCW Juniors
Davidson had to make two stops after a late electrical problem, which limited him position to 39th, but the fact he wasn't far behind Buckley shows he had pace. Not nearly as much as Rick Simpson, who showed some brilliant skill to take 13th, the best one-off driver in the field. And he had the best livery as well.

Best In The World Motorsport
Sure they are. While McAllister was close to the points in 12th, Horford had an average race to wind up 30th. Renaldo Jimenez had a transmission failure not far past the halfway mark, but was running line astern with McAllister for the majority.

Foster's Good Call Racing
Sadly for FGC, they only had one driver do anything close to a good job. Thomas Yorke spent most of the day in the top 25, until shoddy pit work undid it as he was forced to abandon his car with only three wheels on his wagon. Piscine and Mietacher were average at best, with one the last car on the lead lap and the other the first finished a lap down.

Linton-Solindahl Motorsports
Paul Travsen could potentially have challenged Davies for fourth place if team orders (or just common sense) had been used, but instead LSM decided that, despite Travesen having pace and already stopped, they'd leave him stuck behind Quentin Reatherson, desperately slow on worn tyres and yet to pit, but refusing to give up his spot. This limited Travesen to 5th, but on the plus side leaving Reatherson out secured him 9th place, only because they found some air.

Dofasco Junior Racing
After quali it looked like Dofasco had found a decent driver for once, but Samelko spent the race trundling around the back of the field. The onlt cars he was ahead of were Vergne, Cabral for a short period, Kuntz, and his two teammates, who spent their races finding new ways to hit the wall at La Rascasse. Maylander's engine eventually blew up, but Pitea was the only car to finish two laps down, in a solid 50th place.

Red Bull World Race Team
RBWRT had a semi-decent outing, despite Hamilton's transmission failure on lap 11. Takuma Taki was less than two seconds from scoring a point, while Miguel Silva was good enough for a top 20, in a solid and quiet performance.

Aegean Hydook F3RWRS Junior Team
Were Hydook even in this race? An anonymous race was a good thing though, as the suspended ban from Turkey hangs over their heads. Carsten Jancker fought with Crescenzi for the first stint, but got stuck on the kerbs at the chicane after an incident with the Parma Corse that was entirely his own fault. Branko Ristic meanwhile was, well, pathetic, finishing behind Jancker.

JLD Motorsport
Mad Uncle Melrose's already poor Monaco weekend got worse, when Nurmester held everyone up and eventually his car spluttered to a halt. Joel Melrose could have potentially scored a podium, until he hit the wall at the chicane on his own and cost himsel a front wing.

Kamaha Junior Motorsport
Bob Sampson and Charlie Griffin suffered from "Kamahaitis", where Kamaha only have one car doing well on a given weekend. In this case, Desai spent the race fighting with Jantscher until a silly mistake cost her a few places, but at least she still scored some points. Sampson was just slow, while Griffin was marginally faster. At least both finished on the lead lap.

Shonan Junior Racing
Yuri Sokolov was absolutely pathetic in qualifying, and wasn't much better in the race. Shonan now seem to be Prospec's arch nemesis, after Sokolov managed to block Greenlaw and Cameron at once, and Harmsky held Greenlaw up for the entire first stint before eventually winding up 28th.

Nurminen Racing Engineering
The only one-off team did a solid job, despite a mistake costing Kuntz a wheel (not that he was going to get a good result anyway), and Tommi Hamalainen just outside the top 20 with a late-pitting strategy.

Considering it was Monaco, 60 Cars and a low end formula, I am surprised half teh field didn't crash into each other at turn 1 or the hairpin and cause a red flag.

I considered coming up with something about how a marshall used some spray paint to add a new start line just before Ste Devote to fit everyone on the pit straight, but having them lined up around Rascasse is more rejectful :lol:

No, but you can enter as a one-off entry for the Spa SuperPrix, which isn't for a while.
