I was disappointed that the series management decided not to grant my super licence transfer yet, meaning that I could not prequalify the car, Shizuka did a great time and I feel I would have matched his pace and we should have been in qualifying and in the race. Although I did have a chuckle when I saw that Martins failed to qualify that crate of a car and that Kay Lon just about dragged his car into the race.

Six more races left and you're in.
It's pretty sure that we're capable of scoring at least a 4th in the preq cup this year, especially if the end-season starts to bring more results.

We really need to get the reliability issues down pat. Otherwise we'll be stuck in the gutter this season. I know the boys are working hard but obviously there's something wrong with the way it was manufactured, obviously. Maybe something doesn't fit quite right?

According to our sources, two teams have approached Lon with interest in having their merchandising handled by the German's brand. Sadly we have no information yet on which teams have done so.

Court orders website to pull video
Kamaha got a super injunction over the Best in the World company that has produced the Kay Lon - The Kamaha years video. Barii Mori persuaded the court that the video contains statements and facts that could be defamation as well as arguing that some of the footage is unauthorised and effectively stolen from Kamaha. BITW productions have 48 hours to remove the video or face criminal proceedings. Kay Lon and Barii Mori were unavailable to comment. Although we understand that Kamaha have raised the issue with the FRWRS council.

Shinobu Katayama to mentor Marie Simon
Katayama has stated that in her current reserve driver role, she is mentoring Marie Simon in the hopes that Simon can pass prequalifying. However an insider has said that Simon was slow and even on the simulator was seconds off the pace of both Katayama and Shizuka.

It was nice to lead a race for a few laps, but the car just did not have the grip to stay there. We could have got a handful of points but we are having a meeting with Yamaha over the latest engine and transmission failures and it means that Nicolas Steele is the only driver to get five DNFs.

I am very 'appy, another podium, no woman is going to beat me. I hope that Dagnall has a few retirements as I feel I can win.

I qualified well and I was doing well in the race before the transmission failed. All in all it was a bad race for the team.

I am not happy, those clowns, Bosevic was a big monkey idiot for the way he retired. The Fox is going to give him quite the bollocking. Al Faisal was doing okay, but we think he was stressing the transmission with his gear changes and broke it.

According to a representative from "Bray Lohn," the Dutch driver has been overhearing conversations that Prospec thinks Dagnall would bring much needed sponsorships to the team, being a two-time champion in the league, and is apparently looking for a salary, unlike at DGN where Chris Dagnall, twin brother to Mark, does not pay him a salary due to costs. Dagnall is also, according to Lohn, looking for "bigger challenges and more long-term success." Bray Lohn says that one of the Dagnalls (we don't know which one) says that the deal will be done if A) That DGN will return to DGN if the contract is terminated, B) That the team pay him a $1,000,000 salary, C) That the Prospec logo gets revamped to a more "realistic style." Unsurprisingly, neither of the Dagnalls were unavailable for comment, but given their championship lead, who would blame them?

It has become apparent that there are indications that MRT driver David Neuberg has been replaced by a robot, presumably the more developed version of a similar model that was rejected by the Reject Council known as the RRB-GP/NH. We wonder why MRT has this much money to invest in such a tool in the first place. MRT or a representative from Kingfisher or Neuberg were unavailable for comment.

Following a cease-and-desist order from the Barii Mori regarding the "Kay Lon's Kamaha Years" video, a rumor has been spreading that suggesting that Lon was driving badly for the team in exchange for money (i.e. race-fixing) by a match-fixing organization. The fixers were apparently related to numerous match-fixing scandals, including the 2011-2012 Italian football betting scandal, also known as Calcioscommese, as well as a criminal match-fixing constorium based in Vice City, United States. Lon and Kamaha declined to comment.

Yes, indeed we have a very unreliable car, but you know, you can't do an omelette without breaking some eggs, errr... what I mean is, we were compromised when designing the new car and we chose it to be fast rather than reliable and we're quite happy with how things are going so far. The Stig was very anonymous, we don't know why, but it's a shame the car let Pippa down once again because she's doing a fabulous job so far, being the best of the rest in terms of pace. But we have good plans put together for next season, we already decided how we are going to develop next year's car and we should be fine. We all know how to make the car more reliable and we're fully prepared to take steps forward.

RUMOUR: ADRIAN NEWEY TO JOIN F1RWRS NEXT YEAR?

The latest rumour to come out of the mill is that renowned designer Adrian Newey could be leaving the F1 stage to take an important role in F1RWRS, allegedly with the Anglo-Spanish squad Aeroracing Engineering for 2016, inside reports tell.

Newey, who first joined the F1 circus in 1980 working for the extinct Fittipaldi team, has been a regular since 1987, working with such teams as March, Williams, McLaren and, most recently, Red Bull, achieving considerable success. His cars have won titles in 10 seasons ever since, and he's regarded as being one of the best F1 designers of history.

Neither part involved has commented on this rumour, but our sources tell us Newey has been seen at F1RWRS meetings this year observing how the series works, and that Aeroracing has actively been negotiating with the engineer. Plus, it's a well known fact Newey has become increasingly frustrated over the increasingly tight regulations imposed in F1, which contrast with the technical freedom enjoyed at F1RWRS.

RACE

Another race and another DGNgineering win. This time even with Dagnall overcoming some throttle problems he suffered in the first quarter of this 99 lap long GP, but truth is, no matter how many pitstops had to do, Mark Dagnall was going to win this race unless some serious problem appeared in the car. The more down-to-earth performance by his teammate Ron Mignolet is a clear indicator of where the car really is in terms of overall performance and reliability, so that necessarily puts Dagnall's driving among his best. All this could have been of non substantial effect in terms of championship fight if Rhys Davies hadn't crashed his MRT when he was in solid 2nd after a lightning start from 5th to the lead; his latest performances are starting to remind us to Spencer's last year and that, with the fact that the championship fight is starting to be on the other side leaves us no option than to hand him the ROTR award. On the contrary, Neuberg drove solidly and was able to stop late charging by Pippa Mann to score another 2nd. Pippa Mann was precisely one of the feel good stories of the day, for once the Aeroracing car held together and she was able to take it to the podium after scoring a brilliant pole position. Great weekend for the female champion. Another good weekend for Sammy Jones, who for once looked faster than Rosco Vantini and his place in the running order was never in doubt. Points were rounded by both Kamahas the weekend both cars decided not to break. Barii Mori was probably able to aim for bigger things, but he went wide at turn one after touching with another car and was demoted to the back, spending the whole race coming through with a thrilling pass over Nicolas; both Kamahas runned side by side for the first three corners in what was the pass of the day. Behind, not too much to say as not many other drivers managed to make it to the end in a race that was dominated by 5 teams ahead and no other cars had much of a chance, thanks in part to the massive crash at the start of the race; somebody touched Barii Mori at the first corner and from then on it was a festival of clashes which took five victims, Aurelien Moll and Martin McFry were the first, and then at the very end of the field Al Faisal, Schiller and Cannon were all out in one move. The Autodynamics driver was specially unlucky as he'll miss the Canadian race due to his wrist and hand injuries. He'll not be too happy about his first race start for the team. Arrowtech and Foxdale were also unfortunate teams this weekend; the first will face a massive repair bill after Bosevic crashed too, while HRT will have to face Pre-Qualifying in Canada, something which is becoming more of a problem since other powerful teams like Sunshine and Boxtell will be involved too. Add to the cocktail an outsider an at least one of those teams won't make it to Qualifying.
