I asked the same question for Maki but never got an answer :|

And now watch as, despite Fittipaldi being on pole, McLaren kicks the crap out of us in the race...

Hmm...it's not a lot, but at least it's something.

Maki Engineering will not attend the US or Canadian GPs. They will return with Noritake Takahara driving car #40, and Motoharu Kurosawa driving car #41. Both will run '76 spec Cosworths.

Fittipaldi needs to start winning races pronto or his seat is going elsewhere next year. But at least Lauda won, and a few places ahead of Hunt, that's the important thing.

Well, Pironi didn't fared better than Gunnar or Divina, so it's the lack of further development. At least he got to the finish line.

Penske would interested in hiring Emmo for 1978. Too bad Rick Mears will still be too inexperienced by then. :(

By the way, how I did get that much money? :D Anyway, large update for everything, please!

Dissappointing that Hunt only finished 4th; this is pretty much his best track. But now Pryce is 19 points clear; this is a lot like real-life 1977, where it was wide open for a bunch of drivers but Lauda wound up winning by a landslide because he just kept scoring good everywhere.

Large speed and small grip upgrades for McLaren.

It's interesting how the virtual championships emulate real life, in a way.. The parallels between F1RGP2C and real life are canny

To a point; virtual 1976 was nothing like real-life. Though admittedly it would've been hard to emulate that.

Hm, of course i have no idea if those times are good or not, but a medium speed an medium reliability update seem to be in our budget, probably the last update we can afford this year.

I advice Maki to join with some other team. Something like Maki McGuire would sound almost as cool as Stanley Kojima BRM.

Not the qualification we expected at LEC, but it seems our car is once again falling behind. What is more - we worked mainly on grip this season, so our speed is not our best weapon and Monza is a track where top speed is what matters. All we hope now is that Hesketh and Fittipladi teams don't make it in top 20, so that we keep our position in the championship.

If Pi allows and there is no manager willing to take charge at LEC, I offer to do the same with LEC and Arrows, so that the two teams become one. That way will give better chance (more money and a car to develop) and will make less the number of the teams in the championship. However, this is just in case there is no LEC "buyer" :)

Yeah, I think Pryce was overdue for a DNF by this point anyway. Good to see that Hunt managed to keep it all together and that Lauda and Fittipaldi both broke down as well.

Ferrari will take Large Reliability and small speed.

Maki will upgrade for the first time since ever, but I don't know how much buy 'cause I don't know how much money they have left.

Just look at the first post, there are the budgets. Maki are 574 000 .- in debt. So you can afford a medium upgrade without reaching the debt limit of 1 000 000.-

Ah. OK, well, medium speed upgrade for the last race in Japan. Selling the assets of the team when it closes should offset the debt.

Waheeey, 2 more points! I believe that puts us up to equal 5th with Brabham in the Constructors Championship? Also, Shadow will run a third car for Lella Lombardi in both the US and Canadian Grands Prix.
